I went through my house remodel before writing this review. Jason is a delight to be around. He…read morehad my pets loving him more than me the second day! His work though, that is what is amazing. This man expects perfection from himself and communicates as he works to ensure that he is on the same page as you are on, so perfection is what you get when the job is complete. He is honest, funny, hardworking and has integrity. I could go on and on. I thought my remodel was going to be painful. It wasn't. Most days, it was fun seeing the next step. We were in budget, unless I chose to exceed it. I did not take enough pictures. But here are a few. I cannot recommend Jaybird enough. You will not be disappointed.

Jason truly went above and beyond in managing trash removal from our property. This trash had been…read moredumped in a canyon area that had no vehicle access. Jason had to use a claw type device with a winch to bring the trash up out of the canyon. Jason and another member of his team, Clay, did a phenomenal cleanup job. It was not an easy job but they were creative in finding a solution. Jason was timely in doing this work. He was very reasonable in price. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Jaybird Handyman for trash removal. They also have a great website that lists numerous other services the company provides. This was such a positive experience that I hope to work with Jason on other property projects in the future.

He was on time, and if he said he was going to do something, he did it. He also went above and beyond in his work, as the recent hail caused one of my skylights to break. I got the replacement, and he fixed that as well. He resealed the roof, but also made sure the repair was complete and would last by fixing stucco, cracks and other issues that might have been a problem in the future. I am glad I found him, I have had a hard time finding quality and reliable help. I can't recommend him enough!

It seems my messages were not reaching him. I did see a couple of phone calls that didn't have a name with the number, so they were routed to my unknown callers section of my phone account. I'm extremely happy he is still with us and he will be doing a new project for us, and I still have at least one more I'd like him to do. He. does awesome work, and I would still recommend him above anyone else.

Bottom line: Call Garrett Electrical, Inc. for all your electrical needs!…read more Why? Because I was in a pinch during the dog days of the extreme temps and unusual humidity in SE Arizona this summer, and David from Garrett Electrical, Inc. bent over backwards to squeeze me in for a quote, then got me on the schedule ASAP. I live with my husband full-time in our motorhome traveling wherever my husband wants to go. Mom & Dad's house is in Mescal, AZ, near Benson. Dad's health was failing rapidly, so I dropped everything and hopped on a plane in Des Moines, IA to get here to AZ as quickly as possible. My husband was left in Forest City, IA to drive all the way out to Arizona as fast as he could. It took him nearly six full days, as he was changing his route based on my updates on Dad. With the high temps in mid-August, I knew the 30-amp RV connection on their property needed to be upgraded to 50-amp STAT. I needed both of my roof air conditioners running to keep up with the grueling heat; I can only run one at a time with a 30-amp connection. I was at my favorite Benson pizza place, G&F Pizza, ordering takeout when I asked at the counter for a recommendation for electricians in the area. Without hesitation, she told me to call David with Garrett Electrical. She was spot on! I called late in the afternoon to explain the situation and ask if he could help. David stopped by that same day after his scheduled work was through! I could tell from my own past career experience in the construction industry that he knew what he was talking about. He found the shortest route for the new cable to run for what we needed, which saved us money, since there was no longer a need to dig a trench. He explained the upgrade we'd need to make to the breaker box to have enough slots for what we needed. And he offered support to us when he heard about Dad's condition. I *could* have called someone else to do it faster, because David's schedule was already pretty full. Instead, I asked to be added, based on his willingness to help squeeze us in wherever he could, his empathy with our in-home hospice situation, and his expert knowledge. His crew, Mike & Coy, came out bright and early at 7am on the day of my installation appointment to avoid the heat of the day, because the power needed to be out, naturally. Not only was the work stellar, professional, and fast, they were the most polite electricians I've ever met! They respected the closed-gate rule for the dog, left next to zero mess, and even offered to clean that up! (I insisted to do it myself.) Amazingly professional! Thank you, David, Mike, and Coy for everything! You don't know how much a simple 50-amp install meant to us! Call them today - you can't go wrong with Garrett Electrical, Inc!
