He happened to be on the way to another job and happily offered to stop by after that job was completed. The service was phenomenal. Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. All done quickly, incredibly pleasantly and helpfully, and at a VERY reasonable price and a great value. I wouldn't hesitate for a SECOND rehiring Lucky Cricket!

They called and schedule a time to come out, technician comes to the door on the phone with someone else (very unprofessional). I show him the ice maker which hadn't been working properly for several months. He says "there's ice stuck in there thats why it's not working". I say I know Captain Obvious thats why I called for it to be repaired. I explained to him the issues i was having and he doesn't even look at the ice maker and says we will order a new one. It takes a week and a half with no response and I have to call them for an update. Miraculously they say the picked up the new ice maker that day. I schedule a time for them to come out and the technician installs it and says it should make ice in about 3 hours....no luck doesn't work. I leave 4 text messages to the owner with no response. I finally call him and he says he will call me back to schedule a time to come look at it. 2 days later no response so i call him and he says "he's trying but they are really busy". Still no definite time given they will come to look at it. This goes on for several more days. I finally call warranty company to complain and they put in another claim...i confirm with the owner that they got the new claim and he would call to schedule an appointment. 3 more days pass and no communication. I called warranty company again and they reach the owner and he lies to them and tells them he "texted me but i never responded". I have since transferred the claim to another contractor. This company is beyond amateur hour. Zero organization and communication skills. If you like waiting for several days to get a response for subpar work they are the number 1 company to call!

I called Air Maintenence Heating & Cooling after tenants informed me that the blower cassette…read moremounted in the ceiling had a small waterfall draining to the floor. My neighbor recommended this company, and as the temperature was climbing it way to 108 (again), Frank answered my call on the first try. He listened to my concern and advised that he would have a technician there in about an hour and a half. The technician, Hunter, arrived onetime, and was professional and detail oriented. He thoroughly cleared the clogged drain and, what I really appreciated is that he took the time to verify his work by intentionally introducing a gallon of water into the catch pan to ensure that it promptly (and correctly) drained the water from the system. The price they charged was very fair. Beyond the reasonable price, I will stress less about this occurring again anytime soon due to the confidence I have in the work completed by Hunter. From answering on the first call to validation of the work performed made me confident that I called the right company and will save their number for my future needs. Thank you team!
