It was on my leggings. It had attached itself to my seatbelt. And of course, I forgot to pack a lint roller. Determined to rid myself of the blue menace, I walked into the Ace Hardware store on Main Street and asked the friendly clerk behind the desk if they had a lint roller. The clerk told me exactly where to find it. With the roller in hand , I thanked the clerk and was on my way. Ace is the place with the friendly hardware folks! If I lived in Ouray, I would probably be in that store at least once a week because of how organized it was and how friendly the clerk was.

Steve came out onto the balcony, started yelling at me, called me a "f***** Cu**," and threatened to charge me additional fees. I've worked with countless businesses while traveling full-time across the country, and I've never been spoken to like that by a customer-facing employee. Equipment was fine. The customer service was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've had. I won't be renting U-Haul equipment from this location again.
