That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

Now I'm not much of a tinkerer, but if you are, you either already know of this place or would love to know about it. I just went to check it out and while I'm there, this old boy pulls up and he lets me know this has been coming here for 30 years. The place isn't much. A small garage that's always open and various barrel for you to dump your stuff in. I have been to Maximum Recycling Many Times and have been more than happy with their service and…read moreprices. They are always friendly and helpful and will help you unload if they are not too busy which they usually are as it is a very busy place for a reason. One example, I brought in some computer boards, aluminum cans, a little steel, and a paper grocery bag full of copper wire. They weighed everything and printed out my check, I got in my pickup and looked at the check and it was way more than it should have been, they paid me for 400 pounds of copper wire rather than the 40 that it was. I went back in and told Chris the owner that either that paper bag and I are a lot stronger than I think we are or you paid me too much. He looked at it and said I know what I did wrong and started to correct it, the software on the computer glitched and it deleted the entire invoice so he had to start over, took about 20 minutes to get it fixed up so he paid me the correct amount and added $50 more because it took so long. I got lazy once and took cans over to a place closer as I was in a hurry, I estimated the total weight and got paid less than half of what I should have. I will never go anywhere other than Maximum, they pay more than most other places and are great to deal with.

My brother-on-law moved 3 trailers full of stuff, going back and forth from Hugo to Blaine before they even got to my house the first time, we all left at the same time. I think they were intentionally slow so they could charge us 4x's the amount quoted to me for an entire day (which is only 4 hours for them). They also broke multiple items, even with their "insurance" I was not reimbursed for anything. I also had to have them correct the contract 5 times before they actually got it correct. This company is horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. This company is so crooked they are a circle! Response: your crew did not take an unpaid lunch break, it was included in the time they added to my bill at the end. They also very much pressure me to tip them because, as they put it, "This company does not pay us very well." Not only was I quoted roughly $1500, and it ended up costing me almost $5K for the service, I ended up tipping them because they know where I live and I didn't want anything to happen to my wife, and your crew took more breaks than they actually worked. Regardless of what you say, your company is crooked, incompetent, and needs to be put out of business. My next report is to the BBB!
