I visited Our Place because of their collab with Portos. They have cool designs and unique colors for a stylish kitchen. There is also a cafe inside but $6.50 for a flat white? $8-9 lattes?! Overpriced! During the collab, they offered their classic cheese and guava refugiados with pistachio, and spiced chicken and labneh potato balls. 5 stars for the collab with Portos Cuban Bakery! I love pistachio so their refugiados was excellent! I skipped the potato balls. 3 stars for the coffee drinks pricing, overpriced! read more

Overall Experience (10/10) - I can to visit this store for a pop-up and found out that they had a cafe at the store too. I was surprised for that. The parking in the Abbot Kinney area can be a bit though depending on the day and time and especially on the weekends. There is street parking and neighborhood parking for the post part. Store & Cafe - I ordered an Orange Matcha that had a good balance of Matcha and orange flavor. It was not a normal strong matcha flavor that one would expect but still tasted pretty decent. The food that they had for the Our Place x The Sculpt Society event was wonderful with a huge array of charcuterie stuff. The cups that I got were alls very cools and decent. Loved all the colors from the glassware collection. The green ones were very cute. Overall - It was cute store to check out and see all their cool appliances, kitchenware, and cooking ware. The store was nicely colored and I loved the esthetics of the store. The drinks were also a wonderful addition to the store's vibes. read more

This rating is based on the customer service and hibiscus iced tea. To be honest, I didn't understand this shop when we first came in. Coffee shop? Cookware? Turns out they sell cookware but added in a small coffee shop. We ordered a hibiscus iced tea which was AMAZING for the hot day and affordably priced. I wished we had gotten more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the quality of their cookware but it was beautiful. read more

I bumped into my dear friend Mer as I was walking down Abbot Kinney post my Le Labo visit! We walked for a while together, and she said have you ever been to this fabulous store. I had not. And, OMG, gorgeous cooking supplies that are beautifully designed and I was made sooo welcomed there... I didn't buy anything however I will in the future because it is everything I want in the things I homechef nightly. And what a friendly and knowledgeable manager! She took her time and showed me everything and talked with my friend about the stuff that she has bought before and it was just a delightful experience! I can't wait to return! 5 Golden Ceramic Stars! Again, Parking is challenging, but don't be dissuaded from going here especially during the week! be patient and trust me you will thank me ! read more

I am very fond of this place. What drew me was the non-toxic cookware- I got ceramic. What keeps me coming back is the friendly and knowledgable sales people and the new choices, colors etc. They give you 100 days to try out the items which is a gem of a policy. It is a pleasure to use the ceramic which washes out easily. My only wish is that they would be lighter in weight. But, overall, I'm happy with the items. read more

A friend told me about Our Place and then gifted me their best seller. It was ordered online and delivered to my door. I wanted a different color so I called and was told I could exchange at the store as long as I had the order number. Went in, was greeted and helped immediately. I picked the beautiful green color, my exchange was complete and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so nice. This was a gift but I will be buying myself more pieces. Exception cookware, service and worth the money. read more

Our Place is a spot I visited while in Abbot Kinney when I needed a drink. It is a kitchen store that also features a café inside. I ordered the matcha and it was just okay. There was nothing particularly amazing about it but it was refreshing and served its purpose. It is a fine place to stop if you are already browsing the store and need a quick pick me up. read more

On June 8th I gave a very poor review of the pots and pans due to issues with the order that was on sale for mother's' day, and they could not find any tracking of the delivery. This went on for weeks and my card was charged as well. Finally my order was received. Also a pan that was gifted to me two years earlier seems to be losing the coating. My frustration was the only phone number offered gives you a message to email customer support. Customer support was no help. I choose not to order product from companies' that do not have a live customer support. When the office manager Missy saw the review she immediately left me a message with a contact phone number that she answered. Missy then offered for me to keep the set I ordered as well as replace the two + year old pan with a new one, and credited my entire order. To make up for my lengthy inconvenience and much confusion my entire order was free. Now that is a company that truly stands behind their products. read more

Venice California Our Place Location Review Note: This is a Women/Minority Owned Business The Venice Our Place store in this site is also listed as Boba Guys at Our Place. I'm adding the actual store location. Boba Guys is inside the Venice Our Place Store. I hope the cooks out there enjoy Our Place products as much as we do in my family. I'm recommending. Our Place sells kitchen supplies, tableware and cookware. Their website is great with all the information about the company. Ordering is easy online and delivery fast with packaging of the product top notch. If you sign up for email you get 20% off your first purchase. We have the frying pan with the steamer basket. It's best to check the sale section of the website. You can find good deals online. read more

I am still a little bit in shock at the excellent customer service. We bought our toaster oven almost a year ago. But the timer stopped working about a month ago. Moved to a new place and so we decided to try Our Place to furnish our kitchen. I've never stopped inside this store but I'm certainly glad I did. I love the beautiful colors and high quality of the kitchenware. The price is on par for what you would expect for quality items that will last a long time. You can get a nice bundle set as well. I would suggest the Always Pan and cookware set! A bonus is this place is woman-owned and has a great story and mission behind its store. I love a business that highlights the stories and traditions of others. read more

I called the location to ask how long they could keep an order for me and not only were they extremely helpful they were very accommodating. They followed up with me the next day as the item was out of stock. When I went in to pick up my order a few days later they were also just as friendly. Took a 100 mile drive for the pickup and I'm glad to say it was so worth it. 10/10 recommend read more

Stopped by the Our Place store today while out on Abbott Kinney with our son poodle. We were greeting by the most helpful employee. My mom and I purchased the always pan. The wonderful associate helped us pick the perfect color for our kitchens. I got the spice color. It's a beautiful clay color. The pan speaks for itself. This is the only pan you will ever need. Quality over quantity is always the way to go. We also got a strawberry boboa tea and a mango lemon drink which was just icing on the cake. Thank you for the lovely experience. Thank you for being in the neighborhood. It's a must have pan. We also really appreciate the shoulder bag the pan came in so we could easily carry it. Friendly helpful service isn't easy to come by. The always pan is a game changer. Money well spent. Keep up the good work. 5 stars overall read more

The pan is a staple in my kitchen. It heats evenly, cleans easily, and provides excellent non-stick performance. Will be coming back for more products! read more

I have been using our place pans for years and they never fail me! They are so versatile!

I have a bunch of these products and love them. Legitimately the pot is my favorite kitchen tool. Highly recommend.

Thank God it was a gift. Even if you follow the instructions, after 3months it loses its non-stick properties. Also, you will burn your hands on the handles and lid. Aluminum construction will burn your food due to uneven heat. I always write good reviews, but I had to this review as this is a poor product. The pan is aesthetically pleasing but a piece of garbage. I would rather fry my eggs on my REI camping pan. read more
