I selected an item where it had a 50% sign on the shelf but when I went to purchase I was told it was not on sale. The supervisor/manager was called who took, in my opinion, her own sweet time to walk 15 feet to the register I was at to say the item was not on sale. I offered to show her the item and sign but she did not want to be bothered. That is the person that I prefer to not see in customer service.
