Hannah, loves you so much and we looked to take a picture of you but you were inside, I believe. You are so caring and such a blessing from God Thank you so much for everything. Everything was perfect on her drive-through graduation. We have so much gratitude and pray and hope that many kids can attend this wonderful school, so that their lives will be touched as much as ours was. As for the assessments, I can see where their expectations are a bit too high, rigid, and uniform. I wouldn't feed into it too much. I did at first and became discouraged, which created a stressful environment for my child at home. But then I quickly realized that every child learns differently and at different times and that is OK. 1 star because there's none whatsoever loyalty or appreciation. You're just a dollar sign. Their policies are rigid and they refuse to work with you in any way. They rather lose your business altogether than try to work with you. Obviously every place has policies, I'm not arguing that but simple things such as picking your child up one minute (literally one minute) late only one time in 2 years....or increasing pricing last minute because they decided to implement an unreasonable summer schedule. There's just no real sense of appreciation or loyalty there. And that's important too. I would have paid had they handled it better, but they didn't. I never got an apology for the inaccurate information I was given, not even a reply to my email to them. Nothing. Says a lot when a business is willing to lose you as a customer altogether rather than work with you. Unfortunate because I was a loyal customer for 3+ years.

Miss Anita and her staff have been supportive and have provided a clean and good quality service to our community. The childcare rate cost is competitive however, everything your child needs to learn prior to starting kindergarten is provided. Our child have been under All-Star childcare since the age of two and he is currently five. Once again, this program is great and the staff is well trained, and hospitable, and have the best interest of your child.

My son attended this school from his infancy through age 2. At first, we really loved the staff and…read morethe care they provided for my child. Once he moved from the infant side to the toddler side, though, we started to have problems. My son would come home from this school with mysterious bruises and scratches and we were always told that it was from rough-housing with another kid. Then we saw that one of the teachers from this school was arrested for child abuse while at this facility and we immediately pulled our son out. Turns out that all of the marks on him were given to him by a teacher and not another student. I didn't blame Park Avenue for this at first as there will always be bad apples that slip through any screening process, but they refused to accept responsibility and even allegedly physically threatened another parent who complained of this issue. Also, don't forget that this institution is owned by Tim Davis, the former Orlando Police officer who shot and killed his own son. Every time I drive by this place, I hope to see it closed but that has yet to happen. NEVER take your child here.

We thought Covid was notice enough. Crazy times in the world and we need to help another and Cub Academy showed they care more about money than their students and students families. They do a lot of crafts and art, they have dance and soccer classes weekly. Learning is achieved through playing, and is not forced or boring. The facility is an old home that has been turned into a daycare. It felt cramped and looked extremely dirty. Some of the examples are: The floors and area rugs/play rugs were excessively dirty, literal dirt, leaves, hair, etc and this is where the children are expected to nap and play. We were told that the floors were cleaned and mopped twice per day but this was very clearly not the case. The bathrooms were not kept up, toilets were not flushed when there were feces in one of them and there was urine on the seat of the other bathroom. The soap in each bathroom was water based and there was nothing to dry your hands on. The outdoor "playground" had filthy broken toys. The toys looked as though they were plucked from yard sales or garbage day collections. The toys had excessive dirt, mold and even bugs on them. It was not a safe place for children to play. The staff here were friendly and the owner, Mrs. Hamilton was a very nice person. She could not, however, answer questions such as how long her 2 other teachers had been there or been teaching in general, and she could not answer what the curriculum/objective for each class was. She had referenced the finances of her business leading us to believe they are not a sustainable business, which is probably why it was so dirty and run down. As far as being a "Christian" school, we saw one cross on the wall and no pictures or books about Christianity. When we asked about the Christian aspects of the daycare, Mrs. Hamilton said they sing "church songs." Mrs. Hamilton only spends part of her day the "school" and spends the other half of her day picking children up from school to bring back to the daycare. She genuinely means well I think, but between the lack of leadership, cleanliness, safety, and curriculum, this place needs to be shut down. I do not know how this "school" has 4+ reviews online. I can't comprehend this unless relatives and friends of the owner/staff left the reviews of themselves. I do not recommend this "school" at all and would encourage parents to skip the tour and move on with your school search.

The school is Christian centered, so if that's not your thing, conduct yourself accordingly. The staff is mostly Latino, so your child will be receiving an English speaking education, with some Spanish influence. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this institution. They truly care about your child, and the staff is amazingly attentive to their education. I am truly pleased with the progress that my child has made in the years that she has been here. The staff is very responsive to questions and does their best to include everyone. The school is a very diverse collective of staff and students, and they encourage learning about different cultures and events. My biggest concern is my child being safe; no problem there. The staff is attentive and make sure that the children are given everything they need. I'm a little apprehensive that this is my daughter's last year here. I hope that her next institution is half as good as Meadows!
