This is your go to place whether you have surgery or not to get some good R&R and you get to meet there that are friendly that are also having surgery and they also have an oxygen if you need to get treatment for that too, and if you need any type of care to get your hand and feet pedicure done, they will call it in and also if you need any type of prescription, they have someone come to you and bring it to you. Always very helpful and cheerful. The WORST: the food is terrible. Your workaround is to bring your own healthy, protein-based snacks. Every meal was cold if not barely tepid. With the exception of one meal out of 15 meals/snacks. Most meals and snacks were not healthy choices. Chicken/pork hot dog with veggie snack chips. Chicken lasagna was downright cold and had a strange overpowering lemony flavor. Snacks could be canned mandarin orange slices or merengues and a cheesecake cube. I had to ask for protein sources in lieu of the served meal. Every time. I'd ask for a simple scrambled egg, it would arrive overcooked and tepid. Otherwise times, substituting wasn't an option being told the kitchen was closed. Recommend ordering delivery. Something that can't be changed and is a con: the street noise at night can be VERY loud. However, Bella is one of the few recovery centers that is a certified medical recovery center. That's a huge selling point for me. I'd stay again and just plan on ordering food delivery.

I found this Treatment Center online and was very scared to call; mostly because I wanted to help save my son from Opioid addiction so much that I was ready to believe anything I was told. From the get-go when Josh answered the call he made me feel comfortable and answered ALL my questions. He understood this was going to be a process and made himself available for any ongoing questions I would have or my son would have. He responded to all of my texts and calls without hesitation. The intake process was very discreet. Normally they pick up patients at the airport and drive them into Tijuana/ Rosarito; but we decided to drive my son all the way there to see the clinic with our own eyes. Aeden and the staff were extremely welcoming and had no problems inviting us in. I don't think it's very common to have families take their patient all the way there; but they never made us feel uncomfortable. Once there Aeden explained the reason the intake process is so discreet; it makes sense. They were very respectful of my son's addiction and never made him feel judged. Aeden took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns while at the same time making my son feel welcomed and (more importantly) understood. We later met Dr Casillas who (again) explained the process. The doc gave our son a full medical review to make sure the treatment was safe for him. The clinic administrator (Valeria) is super nice and was very respectful when it came to handling the payment for the treatment. We even met their doggo- Pancho! The treatment center/ house is very clean and comfortable. They have a full time chef that makes the patients anything they want! They have a large TV with Netflix and even an Xbox. They gave us the WiFi password within the first few minutes. They'll feel right at home while they're there. The view of the ocean is amazing. The beach isn't really accessible but they are a few hundred yards away- so the beach breeze and smell is always enjoyed. They have a heated spa and a sauna room available. We nervously left our son in their hands; but we felt a lot more confident about the center, staff and treatment. Our son stayed for one week (7 days). They housed him, fed him, treated him and cured his addiction pains & withdrawals! My son was allowed a phone so he was always a phone call, text or FaceTime away. They kept us in the loop at all times too. Aeden texted me before, during and after his treatment. By the end of the week my son only spoke praises of Aeden and the entire nursing staff. You could immediately notice that he was transformed by this experience. My son even told me with a huge smile, "It worked!!" He now has a REAL chance at getting his life back and beating his addiction permanently with ongoing behavioral therapy. Experience Ibogaine is the real deal! By accident I came across Rite of Passage website and decide to give them a call. When they say nothing happens by accident.... Everything happens for a reason. The second Luis answered my call, I knew this was the place! This guy took his time and explained to me step by step their daily routine. He hid nothing and explained absolutely everything. I cannot start to express the amount of trust and hope I gained from that call alone. Ended up taking my loved one there and from day one it was a challenge to get through day to day. With the entire staff on board caring so much for my family member, I was amazed at the amount patience and care they showed us. Now I know it was not easy for my loved one, but Luis made sure, he didn't give up and motivated him to stay and complete the treatment. I am so happy to say that during the entire stay Luis was constantly giving us updates and keeping us informed of how my loved one was doing. Just to give us a reassurance that everything will be ok. And to be very honest, with the amount they charged and looking at all that they do and provide with. This was the best money ever spent. He answered every question, reassured me of on time pick up's and drops even at a last minute when I had to see my surgeon. The food like all other reviews mention is fantastic!! They even have fresh fruit water that I always asked for seconds. If you're hungry in between meals you can ask for a snack, my favorite was Greek yogurt with nuts and fresh fruit and drizzle of honey!! They do have three room upstairs and three rooms downstairs. They have a chair that will take you up the stairs if you're unable to walk. Upstairs is where their in house masseuse is Neri I believe she does have packages and is super sweet and gentle! There's a bathroom in each room and they are all very spacious so you never felt cramped. They do have windows and access to a patio area so natural sunlight is perfect. They do offer pedicures, IV drops, facials and lots more they will ask you when you arrive if you would like to purchase anything. They do have street parking but it's at your own risk. Never felt unsafe since they do have alarms all over the house. They do have a living room area upstairs and downstairs in case you're tired of being in your room. Everyone gets their own personal button to call for assistance When you first arrive there's a nurse waiting for you to assist you in getting out of the car, they will walk you to your room, ask you how you're doing. They will take you to your room and help you change since most patients are draining or have been in the same garments for the whole day. They will assist in you laying down. They have stepping stools, stroller thingies, extra blanket, pillows and even boopy pillows if needed. The nurse will than come take your vitals and any meds prescribed and start to go over the time frames of the medicine some are taken in 8hr increments and they don't want to wake you if you prefer to have them before you sleep. The nurse will ask for any allergies or preference on food be specific because they cook alittle of everything. I recommend buying your meds here since it was cheaper paid around 160 for my initial meds but everyone is different and you're able to pay USD, pesos or card. They do give you a sleeping pill which works amazing if you need one. I was in a shared room and didn't have issues. They will ask you if you want to showers or change and don't be shy to ask for anything else. My nurse even went to buy me a sprite because I felt I needed to burp. So good!! They change your sheets and provide you with the pads,gauzes, disinfectant and pads if needed. The nurses I interacted with were all amazing the main nurses who provided care for me were Lori, Lupita and Kari and they were the reason I extended my stay!! I thought after three days I'd be great but honestly ended up staying three more days. By the time I left I felt good and normal. These nurses were so sweet! So professional never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They were very knowledgeable. I loved that they always checked my vitals, asked me if I had any pain or wanted tea :) trust me putting that faja on is a struggle!! Hahah LUPITA even brought me some tea from home that helped with my cough!! Love her for that!! Karla who was so sweet, was always driving me around. She would even stay after her shift when my doctor wanted to see me to take me. Had the best convos. Communicated after drop off's to get a time frame and if not available send someone else. Sometimes I had a two hour massage. They are able to drive you to appt for the doctor or any where else but only two times. Anything other than that is 30 and they do charge extra if utilizing Zelle which kinda sucks. Uber is around 9/10 bucks so it's about convenience. If you need it one way it'll be 15 bucks. They end up adding up since some doctors offer massages in their price for surgery so it ends up being expensive. You're able to pay the deposit thru Zelle and I emailed Andre' and was told I could pay the remainder of the balance as well if needed to. The medical pass with them is 40 bucks or 45 thru Zelle. They do provide a tip envelope upon your checkout. Andre even honored a promotion. He had after I decided to extend my stay which is awesome!! My stay here was incredible and so glad I chose this house!

New Roots Ibogaine - the name of the facility when I was there in February of 2022 - keeps deleting…read moremy honest review of their facility on Google so here I am on Yelp! In February when I attended their program, not on my own will but by the will of my parents, I was there for two weeks and was informed on what ibogaine was and very scared to do it! When it came to the day of the flood dose there was a much heavier, much taller man on the bed beside mine who they were giving the exact same flood dose as me (5 300mg capsules). Because of this I panicked and only wanted to take three of the capsules, still a pretty large flood dose, but for some reason the facility could not let me do this. While I was out of my mind on Ibogaine and not able to function, very much so hallucinating and not in the right state of mind to give any sort of consent, the woman administering the ibogaine and the nurses present took it upon themselves to start opening my mouth and trying to force the ibogaine capsules down my throat while I was unable to move, and lacing a drink with ibogaine to try to get me to drink. I was so resilient and so obviously did not want to take the fourth or fifth capsule that I had to cheek one of them and pocket it (which didn't stop them because they immediately found it and still tried to force me to take it!) When they brought out the ibogaine drink telling me to "drink this" I was so inebriated that I listened until I realized that it was WATER LACED WITH IBOGAINE! after that was when they started to try to shove the other pills down my throat. eventually, which felt like an eternity into my trip, I was so out of my mind that i just let the nurse feed it to me. I specifially remember watching a hyperrealistic diagram of the ibogaine traveling down my throat and disolving into my stomach. this experience gave my ibogaine trip such a negative energy that a good portion of my trip was about the facility taking legal action against me for cheeking a pill and forcing me to get baptized. The woman administering the ibogaine told me "We're going to call your parents and tell them what you've done!" which made a part of my trip about my parents scolding me for not taking the capsules. I genuinely believe this experience negatively impacted me and I have no idea why they couldn't just accept that I was only comfortable taking 900mg instead of 1500! please only know that you're 100% certain that you want to do ibogaine - what I believe to be the most powerful and intense hallucinogen in the world - or the facility WILL take it upon themselves to force you to do ibogaine! Although I do have fond memories of the food, some of the staff, the hot tub and sweat lodge they were completely ruined by being pressured and forced to partake in a heavier dose of ibogaine, something I never wanted to do in the first place. I think it's so rude of them to keep deleting my review knowing they 100% did this to me because they don't want something as horrible as shoving a drug down a girls mouth and lacing a drink with the drug to ruin their reputation. They should have thought about that when they did it to me in the first place.
