Sorry to inconvenience your policies. The only thing saving this from being 1 star is the teller. I won't fault her, she was kind and offered up a suggestion as to where I could go to get change, she was very nice and apologized for the policy that she had to enforce. This review is not for her, she was excellent. One complaint I do have is that with the debit card they will charge you the NSF fee if you're overdrawn and will keep charging the fee every time you use the card if you don't have the funds. If I don't have enough money in my checking then don't let me use my card!!!!! Apparently you have to sign some paper so that this doesn't happen. This happened once and I only caught it because I checked my statement online. Also if you have a loan or credit card with a different account they will transfer money from your primary account for payment if you're late or forget. I found this out too only because I checked my statement online.
