Bought truck, they lied about wheel caps... Only put 3k miles on truck, left me stranded due to transmission being out. Will never buy or refer anyone else here. (which they don't pay referral). It's a lie. Filing against their license in Austin, suggest everyone with problems with them do the same at state license board. I bought a vehicle from there back in March and within a few weeks engine light came on. took it back said the evap would be replaced and never was. my dash was also making a noise which I brought up and had the service guy check it out. he told me it was just the "switches" turning off from the computers of the car. now we're in june and my backup camera doesn't work at all. my dash clicks and my engine light comes and goes on and off. on top of that I called because I never received my tags. was told it takes 5-7 business days. it's been over a month. would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

They offered me a 2019 Kia forte with 90 K miles on it. 15% interest rate with $4000 down the principal value of $36,000 Looking back I have learned not to rush into those kind of things or be persuaded . It would have been nice to not be persuaded by them to buy a car there. They did not have cheaper options for me. I should have gone to Leijas, illusion or olgas auto sales in Alvin and found a better deal. I have had the vehicle I purchased from this dealership for 6 months now, and it has been nothing but trouble. I have spent over a thousand dollars in repairs during this time. That is not including what I will need to spend in order to replace the tires, which were sold to me with worn treads (one of which has already popped). I am going to have to spend another $450 to repair a part that is causing the refrigerant to leak, after I already paid $275 to have the refrigerant filled (there was little to no refrigerant when the car was sold to me). The cabin air filter was moldy and filthy. I was given unwarranted attitude when I recently called to ask about the issues relating to this vehicle. I am very upset and I honestly wish I had never purchased a car here. read more

Helped a client as a buyer's agent on a used vehicle. Worked with Randy as the salesperson. Seemed to be good until the end when they slapped on a $1599 charge for the Otto Plan warranty which we did not ask for. My client asked to take that off as he did not want it and was forced to pay for it to get the vehicle after driving 5 hours from Dallas to pay for it and pick it up. I asked at the beginning about any extra charges on the vehicle other than TT&L and was told there is only a $150 doc fee and that's it. Fraudulent sales practice and should refund the $1599 and cancel the Otto Plan. read more

Buyer beware! Worst dealership we have ever dealt with, complete scammers. This business does not even deserve one star. My son bought a car from Otto's that has been a heap of junk since he drove it off the lot. They took advantage of an inexperienced, first time car-buyer, Overcharging him and pressuring him into financing additional money and buying a dealership warrantee. The day after he drove it off the lot, sensors came on indicating a problem. We brought it back in to be serviced under the warrantee and it sat for 3 day with no one looking at it or diagnosing the problem. When we called to demand a diagnostic and repair, Rob, the owner got his feelings hurt because we weren't speaking "nicely" enough to him. He told us if we were Going to speak unkindly, then we needed to come take the truck and they would not fix it. At that point I asked him, was he refusing to honor the warantee he pressured my son to buy, because if so we could get our attorney involved. Amazingly, the car was diagnosed 20 minutes later. However, now they claim that the part they need to fix it is back ordered and it will need to be in the shop for several more weeks. My son has owned this truck for a week and drive it one day. Warning to anyone looking to buy a car, These guys are scam artists, they will take advantage, over charge and sell you a piece of garbage. We will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This establishment employs a bait and switch strategy to get customers in the door. They offer a lower sticker price online, while strong arming customers into purchasing a $1500 service contract at the time of finance. The owner is unprofessional and the staff appear anxious and complain about one another (finance ladies complained to us about other employees not knowing how to use a printer while incorrectly calculating the sales tax on our purchase). There is a sign on the front door stating that no one is allowed to go to lunch until all calls are completed which comes off as bullying, toxic, and unprofessional to customers. The vehicle that we test drove had a piece fly off from around the windshield during operation. My husband noticed and stopped the vehicle to retrieve it from the side of the road. We asked that it be reattached before purchase and was told that it would be. But when we refused to buy the additional $1500 service contract the owner Rob brought it into the finance office, threw it on the desk and refused to attach it unless we purchased the contact. I guess no good deed goes unpunished, we should left it on the side of the road. Basically this place is a perfect example of why people distrust used car salesmen. read more

The young salesman Randy and the Sales Manager Tracy are the best. I am a disabled veteran and needed a vehicle to carry a mobility scooter. I bought the wrong vehicle. MY FAULT, NOT THEIRS. When the VA told me the vehicle wouldn't work I totally panicked. I called Tracy and she said I should bring in the vehicle in the morning and she'd help me find a vehicle that meets the VA's specifications. Car salesman are given a bad name because of dealerships like this. They promise to fix issues of used cars and after you sign, they NEVER FIX. This happened to 3 of my friends and family. I would NEVER recommend this place again. I never even received my referral cash after sending them 3 car purchases. They repoed a car that they in house financed from a 23 year old single mother because she was 7 days late. She had just put $4,000 down on a car valued at $5,000 that these guys financed for $12,000. They stole that money and stole her car back. Stay Clear of these crooks and liars. read more

I purchased a 2020 Lincoln from Otto's Auto World. Most expensive mistake of my life. I was told they check all the vehicles to make sure they are in top shape. I believed them. Within a couple of days the check engine light (CEL) came on and was told it had a small evac leak. They reset CEL and I took it home. This went on for a month. The 4th time the CEL came on I was furious and wanted them to take car back. They refused stating all necessary repairs had been made. The CEL does not come on anymore, however, it now stalls out while idling. I believed they disconnected it because it should be coming on if the vehicle dies. Because they are unwilling or unable to fix this lemon I have to save up to pay a real mechanic. On top of all this 3 of the 4 floor mats have mysteriously disappeared. Save time and lots of money and go elsewhere. read more

This dealership then immediately raised the price and removed the car from all websites so I can pay way more money then what was advertised on autotrader.com, cars.com, and it's very own website. If I could start off by saying that I would not give this place a star at all I purchased my vehicle last year in March and as soon as I drove it off the lot two weeks later my check engine light turned on ever since then I took it to AutoZone to see what the codes were and it was an evac leak I took it back however that same year to see if they could fix it and apparently they they just couldn't fix it so Again this year 2023 I took it back because somehow my serpentine belt snapped and it made my water pump go out and everything they charged me about $709 to get that fixed on top of that I had to pay a tow truck to take the car back to the lot since my vehicle was no longer drivable however I've basically put over $3000 of parts and labor into my vehicle that I've only had for about a year this is ridiculous I did it I literally over paid for what the value of that vehicle is my vet my the value my vehicle is $12,000 and I'm stuck paying $25,000 for it read more
