Have to say not impressed As soon as I drove off the lot check engine light came on and they left the oil cap off after changing the oil had to buy on check engine light is the biggie for me How do you sell a vehicle and say it passed inspection when the check engine light is on Can't happen they were real pushy on the truck I did get would not even show me the one I went there to look at Was told my credit was challenged and I was limited on what I was able to get Other than that the people are very friendly and helpful read more

Bought truck, they lied about wheel caps... Only put 3k miles on truck, left me stranded due to transmission being out. Will never buy or refer anyone else here. (which they don't pay referral). It's a lie. Filing against their license in Austin, suggest everyone with problems with them do the same at state license board. Also having the truck checked for mileage tampering believe it's been rolled back. Real Shady business read more

Was completely misleading on the phone. I specifically ask if they could let me know about approval before coming all the way out here. After expressing my limited transportation they still said I would be able to get approved. I sent all documents before coming up here and got here and they said I actually was not approved. After going to the office that was 45 mins away from my house ! And rushed here after work. Very bad business. And did not offer to help me get home. Sell a mf dream. Don't listen to what they say on the phone !! Especially someone called DK or Luke read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I helped my nephew get a car from this place. I sent my credentials over to Skye Ball trusting her to do the right thing. She literally stole my identity to create an insurance policy for the car without my consent. I advise, young adults especially, to not go to this place. All they care about is selling those cars and will do anything to make it happen. Even if it's a crime. Be very caref with this place! read more

Traded in a new vehicle and traded down to an older truck. At first, the salesman (Luke) tried to pressure me into buying one that had issues. We got in the truck and it was shuddering....Well he tried telling me that it was okay. I may be female but I do know something about vehicles! When I told him absolutely not, they found out it needed a new ac compressor. Then I finally found one and had to take it back a few times to get some sticker residue off of the sides of the truck, take foam off of the bed of the truck where a toolbox was and fix the driver's side seat which had broken springs. Granted, this was a work truck but it was very nice and like new inside, so I thought why not? I never thought that I would have to spend hours back and forth back to the dealership for such small things. The owner (Rob) also said that my fiancee would get $100 for referring me once my loan was finalized and I have had the truck over 3 months and have seen nothing and cannot get a reply back from anyone there about that. I was told that I would get the inspection sticker within a week or so and that took over a month because the ladies in the office never handled their side of the paperwork until I called and asked where the heck it was (mine was out that day that came on the truck)....This is not somewhere I would go again. Too much hassle for not enough vehicle. I paid $1600 for the lifetime warranty on the transmission and engine as well but I am seriously considering just considering that a total loss because I would rather do oil changes where I want and use the type of products that I like and not worry about the BS that comes along with this dealership. I did wait 3 months to post this to make sure that I was not being rash about my decision, but I think that is long enough for everything to get worked out and nothing has. If you come here, just beware, once you sign that paper, you will not be able to get ahold of anyone ever again. You are just a number. read more

I bought a vehicle from there back in March and within a few weeks engine light came on. took it back said the evap would be replaced and never was. my dash was also making a noise which I brought up and had the service guy check it out. he told me it was just the "switches" turning off from the computers of the car. now we're in june and my backup camera doesn't work at all. my dash clicks and my engine light comes and goes on and off. on top of that I called because I never received my tags. was told it takes 5-7 business days. it's been over a month. would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This dealership is terrible yea they have good customer service but they really do not care about the customer we got a car here a month ago the second we get off the lot the car say there is a malfunction and the front and back sensors do not work for the car everytime we back up with the car the auto break comes on slamming the breaks and making it to where u basically cannot reverse with the car don't buy a car from here read more

Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had the pleasure of making. I feel like we always dread dealing with a dealership, but these guys really gave me a new perspective on it. Great selection of good quality vehicles to choose from. Had a great conversation with one of the employees while they were getting the car ready to go home, turned out to be the owner. Super nice guy and you can tell he takes a great deal of pride in his business and team. Customer's for life, won't be car shopping anywhere else. Thanks again Ottos! read more

I have had the vehicle I purchased from this dealership for 6 months now, and it has been nothing but trouble. I have spent over a thousand dollars in repairs during this time. That is not including what I will need to spend in order to replace the tires, which were sold to me with worn treads (one of which has already popped). I am going to have to spend another $450 to repair a part that is causing the refrigerant to leak, after I already paid $275 to have the refrigerant filled (there was little to no refrigerant when the car was sold to me). The cabin air filter was moldy and filthy. I was given unwarranted attitude when I recently called to ask about the issues relating to this vehicle. I am very upset and I honestly wish I had never purchased a car here. read more

They offered me a 2019 Kia forte with 90 K miles on it. 15% interest rate with $4000 down the principal value of $36,000 Looking back I have learned not to rush into those kind of things or be persuaded . It would have been nice to not be persuaded by them to buy a car there. They did not have cheaper options for me. I should have gone to Leijas, illusion or olgas auto sales in Alvin and found a better deal. Maybe even Ron Carter or a name brand dealership is better when trying to budget around $5,000-$15000. read more

Helped a client as a buyer's agent on a used vehicle. Worked with Randy as the salesperson. Seemed to be good until the end when they slapped on a $1599 charge for the Otto Plan warranty which we did not ask for. My client asked to take that off as he did not want it and was forced to pay for it to get the vehicle after driving 5 hours from Dallas to pay for it and pick it up. I asked at the beginning about any extra charges on the vehicle other than TT&L and was told there is only a $150 doc fee and that's it. Fraudulent sales practice and should refund the $1599 and cancel the Otto Plan. read more

Buyer beware! Worst dealership we have ever dealt with, complete scammers. This business does not even deserve one star. My son bought a car from Otto's that has been a heap of junk since he drove it off the lot. They took advantage of an inexperienced, first time car-buyer, Overcharging him and pressuring him into financing additional money and buying a dealership warrantee. The day after he drove it off the lot, sensors came on indicating a problem. We brought it back in to be serviced under the warrantee and it sat for 3 day with no one looking at it or diagnosing the problem. When we called to demand a diagnostic and repair, Rob, the owner got his feelings hurt because we weren't speaking "nicely" enough to him. He told us if we were Going to speak unkindly, then we needed to come take the truck and they would not fix it. At that point I asked him, was he refusing to honor the warantee he pressured my son to buy, because if so we could get our attorney involved. Amazingly, the car was diagnosed 20 minutes later. However, now they claim that the part they need to fix it is back ordered and it will need to be in the shop for several more weeks. My son has owned this truck for a week and drive it one day. Warning to anyone looking to buy a car, These guys are scam artists, they will take advantage, over charge and sell you a piece of garbage. We will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This establishment employs a bait and switch strategy to get customers in the door. They offer a lower sticker price online, while strong arming customers into purchasing a $1500 service contract at the time of finance. The owner is unprofessional and the staff appear anxious and complain about one another (finance ladies complained to us about other employees not knowing how to use a printer while incorrectly calculating the sales tax on our purchase). There is a sign on the front door stating that no one is allowed to go to lunch until all calls are completed which comes off as bullying, toxic, and unprofessional to customers. The vehicle that we test drove had a piece fly off from around the windshield during operation. My husband noticed and stopped the vehicle to retrieve it from the side of the road. We asked that it be reattached before purchase and was told that it would be. But when we refused to buy the additional $1500 service contract the owner Rob brought it into the finance office, threw it on the desk and refused to attach it unless we purchased the contact. I guess no good deed goes unpunished, we should left it on the side of the road. Basically this place is a perfect example of why people distrust used car salesmen. read more

Run.. don't stand behind the cars. I haven't even made my first payment yet. The ignition switch is bad and I can't drive a 8000.00 car. Never will I send another friend there. I sent one. But now I will tell everyone run don't walk run. Very disappointed in the whole deal. If you want to buy my car I will sell it for less. Take my loss and go elsewhere. read more

The young salesman Randy and the Sales Manager Tracy are the best. I am a disabled veteran and needed a vehicle to carry a mobility scooter. I bought the wrong vehicle. MY FAULT, NOT THEIRS. When the VA told me the vehicle wouldn't work I totally panicked. I called Tracy and she said I should bring in the vehicle in the morning and she'd help me find a vehicle that meets the VA's specifications. I'm going in tomorrow morning to return the vehicle they sold me and get one that fits the VA's requirements. They've got a customer for life! read more

Car salesman are given a bad name because of dealerships like this. They promise to fix issues of used cars and after you sign, they NEVER FIX. This happened to 3 of my friends and family. I would NEVER recommend this place again. I never even received my referral cash after sending them 3 car purchases. They repoed a car that they in house financed from a 23 year old single mother because she was 7 days late. She had just put $4,000 down on a car valued at $5,000 that these guys financed for $12,000. They stole that money and stole her car back. Stay Clear of these crooks and liars. read more

Kenyon was awesome! Tracy was awesome! Aaron was awesome! Great people, great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend

HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL If I could leave less than one star I would!! THE CARS ARE DEFECTIVE !!! The next day after purchasing a car from them, I realized there was an issue with the car. I reached out to them but my calls were ignored; which is HIGHLY unprofessional. The owner Rob pretended to be in "meetings" each time I attempted to reach out to him. And when I finally did speak with him he was VERY RUDE and dismissive... And let's not forget about the incompetent service department they have, which was not equipped to fix anything! It sucks that they manipulate people who actually brought them business. Horrible business. Would not recommend it!! read more

UPDATE: The owner Rob contacted me after seeing my previous review and apologized for my dissatisfaction. He started he was unaware that things weren't cleared and asked for us to meet. Upon meeting, he was nice about coming to a reconciliation. Although, what was promised initially was not fulfilled in totality, I am content with the agreement we came to. read more

You can buy a car from them but you can't trust them to do the right thing. Very unprofessional.

I purchased a 2020 Lincoln from Otto's Auto World. Most expensive mistake of my life. I was told they check all the vehicles to make sure they are in top shape. I believed them. Within a couple of days the check engine light (CEL) came on and was told it had a small evac leak. They reset CEL and I took it home. This went on for a month. The 4th time the CEL came on I was furious and wanted them to take car back. They refused stating all necessary repairs had been made. The CEL does not come on anymore, however, it now stalls out while idling. I believed they disconnected it because it should be coming on if the vehicle dies. Because they are unwilling or unable to fix this lemon I have to save up to pay a real mechanic. On top of all this 3 of the 4 floor mats have mysteriously disappeared. Save time and lots of money and go elsewhere. read more

I am concluding my comments on you. One day karma will show up. Bad business people get judged by GOD like the rest of the world. First responders will hear about you as I have commented about you when asked. Retaliation to a persons credit after a post on social media is mean. I have more important business in my days. The next customer may be mean and not forgiving. read more

I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. I applied for a car that had a very reasonable price and was approved the same day. This dealership then immediately raised the price and removed the car from all websites so I can pay way more money then what was advertised on autotrader.com, cars.com, and it's very own website. My credit Inquiries will go up from this and I still left without a car. It's not about the customer here it's all about the money. Please avoid this place if you can!!! read more

Service was spot on . Thank you Kenyon for getting the ball rolling on my new car. Helpful staff they'll get you in and out in a snap .

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE. You'll be stuck with never ending fixes from the start. I've only had my vehicle less than 6 months and issues began from the first month. You can take it into they're mechanics but all they do are half jobs and leave more issues than began. If you're ready to spend $1,000+ dollars on repairs at an actual dealership then go right ahead if not STAY AWAY. read more

Just a horrible experience, very sketchy... the car drove rough, the sales guy Rene and sales manager were just super sketchy. Won't ever do business with this dealership, and wouldn't want anyone else too. read more

If I could start off by saying that I would not give this place a star at all I purchased my vehicle last year in March and as soon as I drove it off the lot two weeks later my check engine light turned on ever since then I took it to AutoZone to see what the codes were and it was an evac leak I took it back however that same year to see if they could fix it and apparently they they just couldn't fix it so Again this year 2023 I took it back because somehow my serpentine belt snapped and it made my water pump go out and everything they charged me about $709 to get that fixed on top of that I had to pay a tow truck to take the car back to the lot since my vehicle was no longer drivable however I've basically put over $3000 of parts and labor into my vehicle that I've only had for about a year this is ridiculous I did it I literally over paid for what the value of that vehicle is my vet my the value my vehicle is $12,000 and I'm stuck paying $25,000 for it read more

Looking for a used car dealer, this is the place! Honest and easy to work with. Ask for Aaron and don't forget to say Hi to Rob the owner.

It's hard to find a person you feel you can trust in that industry. I really feel like Mr Otto had my families best interest in mind the entire time!! He cared more about helping us than making money selling us something we didn't want or need. 100% class act. Highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle you go see this place!! The salesmen are all awesome and the owner is really amazing!! read more
