He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. As it turned out I had MRSA and it had went systemic. The infectious disease doctor told me that if I had not been admitted, I would have probably died that night. Dr. DiNucci saved my life! This Doctor is worth it.

Then he asked me to change the Dr. if I cant wait that long. Then I canceled appointment with him and not seeing him again. I had enough of his tantrum. I wouldnt recommend anyone else unless he changes his attitude as to how he treats his patient.

He showed up and checked in everyday in the hospital room!! All staff were courteous and professional minus one nurse. From check in with Vicki, CNA, gentleman drawing blood, to the OTs and PTs. Lovely. All the nurses except one were very attentive, understanding, supportive! It was clear a caring system is put in place for the patients. Michelle was his overnight nurse the first highly critical night and 2nd after surgery. She was vigilant, kind, and went above and beyond! Unfortunately, one daytime nurse lacked care figuratively and literally. The patient was a fall risk. Required to call anytime moving out of bed. Several times called needing help to walk to the bathroom never came, called to communicate the patient had to walk alone, still a no show. Even a time said the next shift nurse will dump out what was left. Really late on giving pain meds, every time she mentioned she would come back to fill the patient's water etc never did. This nurse was snippy towards a family member yet called the patient "honey", off and inappropriate. Thankfully we spoke with Kent CNA, asked for presence and help and he was super! All around services were great. On discharge day the nurse was Ann. Thank heavens bc she was wonderful, thorough and patient. Ann helped get prescriptions delivered to the room and patient was accompanied out on a wheelchair. Food service is able to be tailored for the patient. It isn't the best food but better than others. Thanks to all! Standouts: Michelle, Maria, Heidi, Ann, Kent, Amber OT.

He made no promises, but at nearly 100.00 a visit, I expected some improvement, if only marginal. This was not forthcoming. I do believe he is knowledgeable and unquestionably, does excellent diagnostic work. . His staff is somewhat helpful, but certainly not what you would expect in the treatment of people who are sick and in pain. I worked in the chiropractic field for 20 years, and can say with some authority, that friendliness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere is sadly lacking here. I do want to give a shout out to Dawn, who is proficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They also claim to submit insurance claims for reimbursement for covered chiropractic adjustments, but so far, there is no evidence that they have done this. To recap...Dr Walicki is a very nice person. He appears to be dedicated and knowledgeable. He does excellent diagnostics. His staff is busy, somewhat helpful, but lacking. I give this practice a C minus.

I came to Dr.Hinze because my friend referred me -- I was having some pretty intense upper back pain that gradually had gotten worse over time. I knew that I needed to do something sooner rather than later, but have had poor experiences in the past with chiropractors and wanted to make sure I was going to someone who yes got results, but more so would listen and not just go through the motions. Right away my first appointment was so encouraging, from the minute I stepped through the door Maddie was so sweet to welcome me and make me feel safe and taken care of. I love that they do x-rays because I am definitely the type of person that likes to see what's going on and not just go into things blind. Dr.Hinze explained everything to me about why I was experiencing what I was experiencing, what he was going to do about it, what to expect and assured me that things would be taken care of soon. I felt so much comfort after going here and a lot of hope! Needless to say every time I get an adjustment I feel a world of a difference and it is such a quick experience! Five minutes is all you need, you're in and you're out and you can go on with your day! I also love that he incorporates acupressure points in with his adjustments, so awesome.
