Check in was relatively easy and the wait time was reasonable, both in the waiting area and in the exam room. X rays were needed and performed on site. The staff from the nurse to the receptionist were very professional. I was really pleased with the medical providers and knowledge. That is a terrible way to treat customers. I emailed the owner and his response was that I should have paid off the Explanation of Benefits I received a few weeks before the bill was processed. Their inability to bill in a timely manner does not excuse the rude treatment I received from Tiffany when she called about my "past due" payment. He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. Sally, the PA, was warm and thorough. She explained my break and the treatment options in a way that made everything feel a little less intimidating. Then Dr. Bruggeman came in with that same mix of professionalism and kindness, and together they quickly determined surgery was needed. Here's the kicker: they scheduled my surgery that same day! I had to juggle a few things at work, but honestly, I was just so grateful to get the process started and my wrist on the mend. This wasn't my first rodeo with Ortho Nebraska (shoutout to my other wrist and a few stubborn shoulders), and once again, they proved why I'll keep coming back...I just really hope I don't have to for a while. Top orthopedic surgeons and care!…read more This is my second go-around with full knee replacement surgery, the first was in 2009. I can't say enough about OrthoNE and their level of care. My surgeon, Dr. Sayfe Jassim, has this whole process down to an art form, from pre-surgery to using robotics and a minimally invasive procedure to a post-operative medication and physical therapy plan that is well planned and requires me to participate. I can't recommend this facility and team highly enough.
