I could come in and get a cup of coffee chat with the workers maybe sign up for a WS and get some worked done. Now the vibe is not a "like to be here" it is a get in get out vibe. Don't get me wrong I don't liger. But was nice to know the workers. One of the workers told me the last time she gave me a cup of coffee she got in trouble. REALLY! Has life gotten so controlling that sharing coffee with the people you are getting grants and funding for is not allowed. Then you tell someone they did wrong by helping me to a cup of COFFEE. Gosh times have changed and so has the warmth at Michigan Works. Treat your employees better regardless of what cuts you keep making.
