Wendy Smith is an incompetent, argumentative shrew, who defies the stereotype of an "accountant" by completely lacking an attention to detail. One small example: She misspelled "Cincinnati" on my return. Wow. Ms. Smith made numerous errors on the paperwork, which ended with a dent in my credit. When calling to discuss the issue, Wendy immediately got defensive and was unwilling to discuss the matter further. So I opted not to pay her fee for services rendered, as said services should have been... you know... adequate. And then she threatened me with a Collections Attorney. I guess what I'm saying is this: Just don't. You'll have ordered a cheeseburger, expected a cheeseburger, and assumed a cheeseburger would be brought to your table and would be, at the very least, edible. Instead, the waiter will bring you a tire iron on a plate and blame you when you don't enjoy it.
