I honestly didn't believe the numbers at first--it seemed too good to be true--so I chose to call her just to take the final step of the process over the phone. That way I could legit confirm it was all real! The entire process was so quick and painless. It was also so very incredibly convenient. Aaryn handled almost everything through text message, which made the switch completely stress-free. If you are in Michigan and looking for an agent who is efficient, professional, and genuinely looks out for you, definitely recommend Aaryn!

Tim was so nice! He made sure we had all the necessary documents, made sure we paid taxes to ALL of the various states and counties and whatnot, discovered some expenses we wouldn't have claimed otherwise, and even corrected a HUGE mistake on the part of an employer! Tim took the time to explain everything to us and all the returns were complete and ready to go when we sat down with him the final time. He is the nicest guy and his prices are a deal, too! I'll be using him for all my tax needs. Tim, you ROCK!

Yulissa blamed me when they changed our coverage and denied that my husband and I questioned her multiple times about the change in coverage. Her response was that they don't know about the rules for drivers and car insurance and it is not their responsibility. She was extremely rude in her responses and you would think a company that specializes in car insurance should know the rules for a 16 -17 year old!!

On March 17, 2026, I received a courteous text message at 1:53 PM informing me that my payment hadn't been received and asking me to call or pay online. I immediately responded at 1:54 PM, apologized, and made the full six-month payment by 2:00 PM--within minutes. A representative named Tara confirmed she saw the payment, mentioned it typically takes a couple of days to clear, and said she would let me know if there were any issues. I never heard back--which I assumed was a good sign. I had more than enough funds in the account, and there was no reason to think anything went wrong. Fast forward to June: I find out--without any prior notice whatsoever--that my policy had been canceled. No phone call, no email, no text, no letter. Nothing. Apparently, the payment had "bounced," but I was never notified. Because of this failure in communication, I've now been placed in the high-risk insurance category, and my premiums have skyrocketed--all for something I wasn't even aware of. This is not only irresponsible, it feels negligent. I will be consulting a lawyer to explore my legal options, and I encourage others who have had similar experiences to stand up for their rights as well. We deserve better than this.
