She set up a short 10-15 minute meet and greet consultation via a weblink to get an understanding of our needs. The call went well minus some technical problems on my end but she was completely understanding and professional through it all. We down loaded an app called Tax Dome that we used to upload documents and communicate through. She asked us to take Pictures and upload tax documents from our previous year as well as our current taxes. The cost was around $300.00 for our service. Everything was handled remotely. If she needed additional information she sent us a message. When we were traveling and needed a few days she waited without pressure or attitude. Very professional and outstanding customer service for a first time user did not go unnoticed. Our funds have been deposited from the state and federal and our payment for the service completed. My bank account and personal information protected and a good sense of completing task safely.
