Our only option was to call him as he provided a road side service. He arrived on time as promised and on a saturday to boot and went right to work. In about an hour he had the problem diagnosed and was making repairs. He is a down to earth repairman who didn't try to over sell or confuse his customer but rather focused on the problem and had it repaired in a timely manner. Technicians of his caliber and honesty are rare and hard to find but he definitely is knowledgeable and honest when it comes to repairing trailers. I would recommend his services to anyone in the area without reservation. Thanks again Dan!

This was a Thursday and we were camping Friday. I had to go into work later that day so we could not wait any longer nor return the next day to pick it up. Sam suggested Tyler could perhaps deliver our trailer to us. After confirming she got directions from us and the next morning Tyler delivered our trailer (45 minutes away) AND EVEN BACKED IT IN FOR US! if that wasn't awesome enough- Sam called and said we had zero balance. No charge to fix the slide AND the trailer delivered! The team from BGM excels at customer service. They really go above and beyond. He was a pleasure to deal with and continues to be so as we prepare for delivery. The negotiation for the sale was clear and honest and his post sale responses to our queries have been timely and courteous. The pricing at RV Canada is certainly competitive with the current market. Some of the initial financial arrangements were not as we would have expected but Mr. Garrick has been there to deal with our concerns. We are currently arranging a walk through and PDI for delivery at the end of March so we cannot comment on any service experience. However, we have requested some installations and have the PDI to deal with. Consequently we will be able to update this review in the near future. All the Best Peter & Nathalie Ottawa, Ontario

How am I suppose to do that when it's parked in my campground permanently. They told me that I have to pay the service fee for someone to come and do the repairs, and they don't have the staff to do this. This is bullshit! I have never heard of this before. I strongly regret buying my RV here, and I feel I got screwed with the price.

I strongly regret purchasing my RV here. The RV has had multiple serious manufacturing defects, and…read morethe dealership's service has been extremely slow, unresponsive, and unreliable. Structural Water Damage: On the first trip of 2025, the slide-out wall was swollen from water infiltration. The dealership immediately confirmed it was caused by an incorrectly installed factory seal. A warranty claim was opened--but eight months later, I still have no confirmation from the manufacturer. This RV has a 3‑year structural warranty, and water infiltration clearly qualifies. Meanwhile, the damage has already hurt the RV's resale value. Excessive Delays: The RV sat at the dealership for 3 weeks for a repair that ended up being nothing more than two strips of caulking. I've lost weeks of camping while still paying for a unit I can't use. Axle, Suspension & Tire Failure: After only 8 short trips (under 1,600 km total), one tire wore down to near blowout and the other shows abnormal inner wear--likely axle or suspension issues. My RV uses a Lippert axle, which is currently the subject of a class action lawsuit for defective materials. The RV has now been stuck at the dealership since late August with no updates. Other Issues Ignored: A 1‑inch window seal was found out of place (another water infiltration risk) and I still don't know if it was ever repaired. Bottom Line This has been one of the worst purchase and service experiences I've ever had. The RV has repeated factory defects, major structural issues, and safety concerns--combined with months‑long delays and almost no communication. I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership or this manufacturer.
