I was shown the vehicle history and assured everything checked out. I purchased a $16,000 car and put $6,000 down. I've only had this car a few weeks and haven't even made my first payment yet. From the start, I was heavily pushed to add an extended warranty, which would have increased my monthly payments. I declined and asked if I can get it later on, I was told yes but it would raise $ for the mileage, I would come another day I didn't mind. Now it feels like the push for the warranty wasn't about protection but it was because they already knew the vehicle may have issues. With just one week, the check engine light came on. I've already paid $400 in repairs, and the car is still having ongoing problems. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and stressful as a single mother of two. I feel the condition of the vehicle was not honestly represented, and the focus was more on making a sale than on customer trust. I would NOT recommend this dealership!

With Jiffy Lube under new ownership, and…read moreother places either offering questionable service or seemingly changing owners every few years, I wanted to go with a place that has been around here as long as I have and has a good reputation. I drove my car roughly to the area where I thought they took them in and went inside. The guy was very nice and took my info, but also asked me if I wanted to share it, meaning I could opt out if I wanted to. I asked if they had differing levels of oil changes. They do, and I got the lower end package. They still checked fluids, bulbs, and other things. They will offer to replace, but some of it is pricey. Some bulbs are very difficult and would be worth having them replace, others are just simply pulling out the connector and replacing the bulb. The waiting room is a bit small, but the wait was actually very short. All three bays were full when I arrived with 2 cars waiting. I think I expected to be there longer. When they were done they gave me a rundown of everything they found. All was OK, except for a few bulbs that they recommended replacing. They aired up my tires, and even had covers for the stems that were missing them. (Thanks to the last place where they checked the tires and didn't replace any.) It reminded me of my old experiences at Jiffy Lube. They highlighted one issue that could have been serious. The guy mentioned my car was a little slow to turn over. I had noticed that and wrote it off to the weather. He suggested I get my battery checked. I did, and found out there was a lot of corrosion that had been hiding under the battery cover. This was absolutely starting to cause problems! I appreciate his noting that! HIGHLY recommend this place. Friendly and thorough. That's tougher to find these days. I'll be back!

They told the tow company to bring my car to a place in Bedford that has been out of business for over a year! Not being from the area, I had no idea where to actually take it for repair. The tow truck driver mentioned Morgan's Auto Service and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. They were really fair-priced, did a good job to get me back on the road, and communicated super well to update me what was going on. Since we were right on the cusp of a major holiday weekend, I was sure I'd have to wait longer than usual to get my car back but that didn't happen. I would definitely recommend this team.
