Yeah right!? placed an order on 12/02/2025, today is 12/13/2025 still my order has not been processed or shipped!!! SO the monogrammed bag we order especial for traveling will not be traveling with us!!!! We have tried multiple times to contact their customer service, only to wait 27 minutes on hold, then once we stated the issues we were having...the line disconnected and no one called us back! So we tried once again today to obtain information on our so called monogramed bag, still order has not processed or shipped! We have also done extensive research on the company "Land's End" they are NOT the Made in America brand they USED TO BE!!! YES! EVERYTHING is now being made everywhere BUTT! yes I said "butt" the good ole US of A!! Run away and do not buy anything of this company. Their customer service is horrible, they are not the company they used to be and their website is extremely misleading by stating the wrong processing time frames!!!! Since we still have yet to receive our travel bag we ordered, we are highly suspicious of the quality of the product as well. We will never do business with Land's End ever again!
