Avoid booking through them…read more Every day, someone new shows up at your door asking for money--even if you've already paid in front of them. Two days later, they're back again. No one seems to communicate or keep records, and whatever you tell them, they'll just forget the next day and start harassing you all over again. They gave me a room with a dirty washroom, and after a month of chasing them to fix it, I finally cleaned it myself. It took them two months to give me my welcome pack. But when it comes to asking for money, they're quick and relentless. Don't book through them. Book directly with the accommodation instead.

Basically they assign a professional advisor to you who has deep knowledge of the schools in London. They also imply that they have personal connections through which they can make your life easier. On the first phone call with them the advisor kept asking why we chose London to send our kids to go to school to. Very unprofessional.

I slacked off during application season, and I stumbled across Lincoln Wu expecting a great internship abroad in China, and I was enormously disappointed with the results. Why? To summarise in a sentence, my experience was completely unprofessional and uncourteous. The owner, Braydon, made absolutely NO effort whatsoever to communicate his progress during the placement process, and I was left in the dark. When I tried contacting him I somehow felt as if I was being intrusive (as a paying customer no less) because I was simply enquiring and being inquisitive about any progress being made. Consequently, my entire summer vacation was spent patiently waiting for something which never materialised. If ever you wanted a perfect example of how to behave rudely to paying customers and how not to behave with integrity, you should cite this company's conduct at an example. If you value your time, and your money, you will avoid this company at all costs. If you are intent on finding an internship abroad, there are other larger, reputable companies with expertise and standards. I cannot emphasise this point enough, please avoid this so called internship provider at ALL COSTS.

I love going there!! They have a wide range of classes (levels and languages)…read more The place itself is quite modern inside, all classes are equipped with interactive whiteboards. Teaching groups are usually quite small (no more than 14) and the different tutors are warm and knowledgeable. It can be a bit pricey but i think the quality is worth the money!

I'm learning Italian at International House and love the location and the learning structure…read more Although it can appear pricey there is the option to really break down your learning into six week chunks and there is moodle online for a back up if you have to miss a week. My teacher has been brilliant and manages to keep class energy pretty high, which can be tricky after a working day though the main thing is that my classmates have been lovely and we end up having a laugh (usually over not knowing the Italian word for something.)
