I have witnessed the staff simply step over them rather than pick them up. The downstairs bathroom has some sort of fungus growing in it. If you suggest to the staff that maybe someone should clean the place all you will get is rolled eyes, after they stop looking at their phone of course. The cardio equipment is very poorly maintained and honestly you are taking your life into your own hands if you think of running on one of the treadmills. I can't understand why there are so many people working there and none of them do anything or why the owner allows it. Maybe it's time to lose the dead weight and hire a manager.

Everything is always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the manager is dedicated and involved. My biggest complaint is the LACK OF FANS. It's not too hot usually but the air doesn't move at all. The massage chairs and hydromassage are a nice perk for Black Card members. They also have the hybrid tanning stall here, offering red light therapy, as well as lots of other tanning beds. I've visited a lot of other Planet Fitness locations from FL to NYC to ADK and this is the second best one I've been to. I'd give it 5 stars if they installed some fans.

The atmosphere and the people who make up this community bring out a side of yourself you may not even know existed. The coaching here at Amnesty is beyond any other I experienced. Each coach focuses on your safety, form, and progress acknowledging any limitations and modifying when needed. As a three month pregnant crossfitter, the coaches have shown extra attention to me to make sure I can talk through workouts, modify where needed, and to make sure both me and baby are safe through the workouts. Additionally, the nutritional counseling has been a total game changer for me as I have always been athletic but still struggled with diet. Ive lost over 30 pounds working out at amnesty and built so much muscle. I have also seen medical issues I had resolve with the combination of diet and exercise. I can not recommend this community enough, what Rachael and Rick have created is one of the most meaningful and beneficial things in my life.

Which is totally out of the control of employees. Doubt anything can get done by writing a complaint. Haven't found anything on the Planet Fitness site (headquarters) to directly express the broken machine issues. May need to call them. Enjoy my daily workouts. Just very frustrating having the machines, I prefer to use, are down for such a long time. Here's hoping things will improve !

Parking is near the rear loading Dock for The Dollar Store that is actually on Grant. I came in today as a drop in. A Very fair rate. Nice clean gym and my first time in a PF. The Team color is Purple and Yellow. So be ready. The gym is more focused on tread mills and stair steppers and cable machines. Free Weights is a small area at the end of a very large gym. The locker room and shower area is immaculate. As is the gym, really. The free weights will be enough if your dumbbells plan to stop at 75 lbs. There are 4 smith machines and Plenty of benches. No shrug machine or French curl or standing calf raise. No worries, be creative. I met Dawn on the staff desk , she was so nice. Mixed population today, mostly over 50. They are open 24 hours , I plan to be back at 0700 before we leave town. Only in Auburn for a couple nights. Time to stop the travel and relax. Update : Came back this am for a work out. This is a nice gym.
