Not to say I haven't had some really good interactions with the business, but I've also experienced the bad. They offer sports apparel and accessories and do expand beyond West Linn, in particular offering a fair amount of Lake Oswego items. The store is very small, so it isn't a terribly large selection of anything. For years it was superior to O.C. Sports until that business recently expanded and now I feel like this store may need to play catch-up. The sweetest experiences have been when my son is spending his allowance in the store. He will regularly see something he likes then make repeated visits as he saves up, all the time hoping the item goes on sale. They do have a small clearance rack behind the counter, but not a lot of big sales during the year. When he was paying for one item he'd saved for months to purchase, he started pulling out ones, quarters, nickles, etc. The employee/owner had a really nice conversation with him about what he did (chores) to earn the money. Nice when not only mom and dad reinforce the hard work = reward concept. I would like to reward them with a higher rating, but the majority of my many experiences have been in the two to three star range.

The store is large, bright and cheerful, clean, well stocked and organized. Same owner as the store by Saturday Market but a much larger footprint and space to actually see everything and shop comfortably. I love long flowing skirts and they have dozens in gauze or cotton, solids and prints like ikat and paisley. Wide leg, billowy pants in an array of patterns and pant lengths are in abundance. Plus tanks, maxi dresses, shawls, ponchos, hats and scarves. The clothing for men is in similar prints and patterns. Button up shirts, pullovers and wide cotton pants. My fave is their long sleeve cotton shirts made in Tiabet with graphic prints of The Tree of Life, sea turtles, elephants, the sun.p, etc. The more you wash them, the softer they get; they are soooocomfortable! I wear them going to and from the gym or just running errands. People always stop me and compliment them. Today I bought a charcoal gray with a graphic print of two entwined elephants. Like the other Kathmandu stores, there are lots of Hindu goddess statues, meditation bowls, tapestries, ponchos, shawls, beaded bracelets, an entire shelf along the wall stocked with incense, some silver jewelry and lots of pillows. I'm happy they moved into Lloyd Center since I workout just across the street. Plus it's a much better layout than the NW store.

Dude told me they has no pros. Okay so I said or a slim or whatever I look towards the area he looked at previously to tell me no pros and in response I get crickets. So I proceed to tell him about my ps4 I know it's not worth much. I tell him it won't take the new update because the disc drive is not working he says it's not working I can only give you 5 bucks. I'm not surprised by this but at this point one would think he would quote me a price for repairs, tell me what ps4s they do have, something. It's clear this dude is not interested in interacting or doing business with me at this point Im just like okay I'll just hold on to it for now until nostalgia makes it worth something dude replys yeah probably a good idea. I was driving back from Silverton and stopped along the highway to find a coffee drive through and…read morethis boutique in the same little area. They were extremely nice to let me in as it was the day before they opened, but I was very happy with all I saw! It's a small boutique that specializes in country clothing for women and children, and they carry a selection of sizes and styles that I thought were super cute. I go to Silverton monthly, and I'm sure I'll stop by fairly often to stick my nose in to see what's available. This time I was able to find a cute green cardigan for under $20 that seems well made and looks great with jeans. If you're in the area, it may be small but it's absolutely worth a look!
