A Michelin bib gourmand that lives up to its name! I was able to make reservations two weeks in…read moreadvance online. It's very affordable in terms of Bib gourmands. Service was like any other European restaurant. As far as the food comes, it delivered! For bread and butter-my favorite was the orange butter because I wasn't expecting the flavor to come through so well. We started off with the scallops which were cooked to perfection. The prawns in a piri piri sauce had a kick, but nothing overwhelming. I ordered the monkfish and prawn curry-you could taste the coconut. My friend ordered the lamb and that might have been my favorite amongst them. It was so moist and had such good flavor. Almost like a bbq but not so sweet. As far as dessert goes, the creme brûlée was a miss for me. The top lay offered the perfect crack, but underneath it felt too sweet and eggier than most creme brûlées I have had. Now what really sold me was the house dessert. It was so light, fluffy and not overly sweet. The sweet potato fries were so crispy that my friend gave it the highest compliment of saying it didn't need a sauce.

Cuisine is Portuguese with style. Try the lamb shank or duck confit. Perhaps the best I have ever eaten in country. Ambiance is cozy and authentic without being ostentatious. Service is prompt and courteous and not intrusive. Good price to value ratio. Like most eateries in Portugal, you can stay as long as you wish. I can dine here every day and not be disappointed or bored with the well curated menu and wine list. Don't miss this tried and true winner.

We came back right when they opened for dinner at 7pm and were lucky to grab a table as a walk-in. (The walk-in table was indoors; the rest of the tables, most of which were reserved, were outdoors.) A majority of the patrons had reservations, and many walk-ins after us were turned away or asked to make a reservation for another day. The food was amazing! I got the oysters as recommended by the server. They tasted so fresh and were great with a chilled glass of the house white wine. My husband is a vegetarian and got the pumpkin and goat cheese puff pastry--it was also very tasty. After paying the bill and exiting the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the live music playing outside. We were enjoying it from inside the establishment and thought it was coming from a speaker this whole time! Overall, we had a wonderful evening and would recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Good dinner option for a non-central Italian restaurant in Seville…read more Front of house was cool and welcoming. Ordered the tasty Duck Pâté with homemade bread rolls (kudos to the pizza chef) & garnish salad which was exactly as expected, so thumbs up for my starter. For the main course, I got the Pizza Capricciosa with all the right high-quality ingredients for toppings, but the pizza dough itself wasn't matching the upper decker quality, as I could not get the usual olive oil & yeast aftertaste that is a must if you're following the authentic Neapolitan pizza recipe...room for improvement there... On my second visit, I asked for an entrecote but they run out of "solomillo" beef cut; big disappointment; however, manager/owner recommended me a nice plate of Panzerotti ai Funghi which were really silky creamy and scrumptious, 7/10 there...as I was still hungry (me, big dude Kemosabe) I ate a rather big Ensalada Pino (a mix salad with tuna and all) and that finally did the trick of placating my appetite. As Da Pino has around 10 tables only it's advisable to book in advance if you plan to eat during busy times (mainly Friday, Saturday & weekdays after 9 pm) WiFi's available & strong. Will certainly go back.

Although the food was of an acceptable, but not outstanding, quality the service was entirely lack luster. From the start, it was clear that employees were limited as no one greeted us at the door to seat us for almost 5 minutes. When we were finally seated we realized that there was only one, glum looking, server in a restaurant containing a minimum of 15 tables. We ordered a variety of delicious sounding dishes, but when they arrived it was clear that although the pizza was OK, all of the pastas were pedestrian and overly creamy. I don't mean to seem picky but real Italians, or even good chefs, don't choose to add cream to their pasta sauces. The service after this was quite slow going and the waitress had to consult for some time with the chef about which fish were on offer- demonstrating a worrying lack of knowledge of the menu! The desserts were, however, very good and the chefs were relatively willing to make small changes to the toppings on their delicious crepes. N.B. Don't expect a normal smoothie if you order off the drinks list... It seems to be some uniquely discolored, sweetened (and flavored?) glass of milk mixture.
