At the lift weight area, all the equipment is new & very clean, but in my opinion the instructors are not very helpful or friendly. The bathrooms & locker rooms are always clean, you can even rent towels if you forget yours. There's also a small kids area, so you can bring your kids with you, if they're too young maybe it's best to leave them at home. If you have any doubts about nutrition or any injuries be sure to make an appointment with their consultants. If you like rock climbing, then this might be a good gym for you, it has a rock climbing wall, but it's not included in your monthly fee, don't worry, it's a very accessible price. After waiting for a long time, they decided to help me, it felt like they were doing me a favor by helping, they had the worst attitude and had no knowledge of any of the materials. After trying to explain why I needed certain screws they disagreed about my selection and kept insisting on the ones they choose ( I had my dad on the phone explaining what we needed), so sadly I had to leave with no screws, nails or sanding paper.

I was her patient about two years ago for two ( third molars ) extraccions. That experience went well although i dont think i felt I had gotten the best service and professionalism I could however I was satisfied after healing and recovering fast. This past week I started having pain that in a matter of two days got SEVERE to the point that no ibuprofen nor over the counter meds could relieve other than tordol injections every 3 hrs. When i went to this new surgeon I was recommended to he found out I had a leftover root from Dr Cecilia's previous attempt to extract it. I had infection since she had fractured the mole and obviously the cavity probably got infected. As a professional I feel she should have told me she was leaving a root for further follow up or just for my information.
