I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Elma. The most amazing thing was that she was present and intentional and dedicated every second. That can't be taught, it is the person. She is located in the middle of a historical pathway, so if you are with someone, the other can grab a coffee or go for a stroll. Her technique was amazing! I've probably had close to 50 professional massages in my life - both therapeutic and aimed at relaxation and I think Elena's was the best. She was extremely intuitive but also checked in with me regularly about how I was feeling and what I needed. I came in extremely sore after an injury and she has done wonders to help get me back to my normal self. I'm sure that the massage would be different if you were coming in for relaxation, because she tailors it to your needs. I cannot more highly recommend her. I messaged her via whatsapp and her communication was spot on. Also I really enjoyed the space for the massage which was open air but also covert and protected. My massage with Elena was really wonderful. Her space is super bright and natural, in the best part of centro. Elena has such gentle and warm energy. She checked in with me before we started to see which areas needed attention, but I could tell that her hands were guiding her the entire time. She knew where to go and how to adjust me throughout the massage rather intuitively. Elena is such an incredible person, and a true artist at her craft. I've had ongoing back and neck pain, which had become noticeably worse over the past few weeks.
