Seriously do not come to this ferreteria. They could win the award to worst customer service. I came here a few months ago, looking for some nails, screws and sanding paper, first of all they had me waiting there for about 20 min, one of the employees was "busy" talking on the phone (nothing related to work), the other guy kept asking me to wait even though the other people there didn't need help. After waiting for a long time, they decided to help me, it felt like they were doing me a favor by helping, they had the worst attitude and had no knowledge of any of the materials. After trying to explain why I needed certain screws they disagreed about my selection and kept insisting on the ones they choose ( I had my dad on the phone explaining what we needed), so sadly I had to leave with no screws, nails or sanding paper. read more
