For me & my husband is the best gym in Oaxaca. We visited a few other gyms and in the end we chose this one. You might be wondering why, well I took a lot of the classes, from Stretch & Control, kickboxing, tae bo, TRX & pilates to spinning. If you do come here, be sure to take the classes given by Javier & Judith. He makes sure you're doing the exercises properly so you don't hurt yourself, plus he has tons of training in different areas.
At the lift weight area, all the equipment is new & very clean, but in my opinion the instructors are not very helpful or friendly.
The bathrooms & locker rooms are always clean, you can even rent towels if you forget yours. There's also a small kids area, so you can bring your kids with you, if they're too young maybe it's best to leave them at home.
If you have any doubts about nutrition or any injuries be sure to make an appointment with their consultants.
If you like rock climbing, then this might be a good gym for you, it has a rock climbing wall, but it's not included in your monthly fee, don't worry, it's a very accessible price.
Don't forget to try the salads & juices at their small cafeteria. read more
