I am so grateful to have Dr. Asplin as my primary Doctor. She definitely incorporates common sense into her practice (that everyone should be reminded of from time to time). Visiting her is a very different experience than visiting an MD, because she will genuinely care about your life, nutrition, specific health challenges, and overall wellbeing. You get the sense that not only she is very intelligent, but she's also a great person and a Doctor that you can trust. I was referred to this facility by people I know and trust, and now refer friends of mine who are in need of a great family practice or joint specialist. I have never had to cancel unexpectedly, so I am unfamiliar with their policy. Every time I have had to schedule an appointment, however, they always get me in within a day or two, if not that day. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was able to get me within a couple hours.

That said, Dr. Cooperman is a really nice person and seems to know what he's doing as far as adjustments are concerned. (Hence the two stars instead of one.) He's just not a good fit if you have a tight schedule. I guess my search for a consistent osteopath continues.
