They would "text" their boss, he'd give it the OK once they saw my id and I'd get 5 or 10% off. (Not too big of an issue but it's the lies that get me)

I stripped the metal part on top of the brick and couldn't get the metal part off of the mouthpiece . In the process of trying to get it off I shattered the glass and cut my thumb real nice. So after giving up, i waited and called the next morning. He told me to come by when I can. I went in tonight and he managed to get the parts apart and reattached it. All while replacing my coil (free) and glass. Then we found out it wasn't working still (no coil detected) . So he unscrewed it and realized that because I'm such a savage I actually ripped the soddered wire attached completely off... so the older gentlemen who's been helping me (Lee? I believe) he grabbed his soddering equipment and got to work. Try after try he finally got it to hold.... assembled it, filled me up with a nice Georgia peach tea flavor and sent me on my way. When I had asked him how much? No charge no charge! THIS MAN IS A LEGEND!!! Will never spend money anywhere else!

Hello all smokers. I've been trying this smoke shop in Nyack NY and all was going well. A week ago…read moreI purchased a Smok Novo 3 kit and all was well for a few days the suddenly the pin in the battery where the liquid tank pushes down on is missing. I went to the shop and showed this to the man that sold it to me and explained what I see. He told me that the tank must have been angled in or out to break the pin. Funny, when you put the tank in it's held very stable as it goes down onto the pin. Same coming out. There's no way to break the pin the way it pushes down into the battery. He told me someone must of stuck a small tool in there to break it. Why would anyone do that??? 2nd time he tries to blame me. There were clearly no marks or scratches in or on the tank or the battery. Clearly the pin just fell into the body. He tells me it's not a warranty issue. And then tells me to bad not his problem. It is mine now. This is how he backs the products he sells. Not interested in pleasing his customer. If you're looking for a good vape shop that supports you in your purchase, DO NOT GO HERE. After the money I've spent here when I had an issue there was no support. They need to learn how to run a business where the customer is important. I can't even give them a star.
