I have parasailed in a lot of other destinations, but this is the most professional and safety conscious crew that still know how to make it FUN. We arrived at around 1:45pm hoping to be able to book for a 2pm slot and thankfully, they were super accommodating. Once we signed our waivers, we paid the parasailing fee ($98pp after tax) and the additional photo fee which was $30. After we dropped off all of our belongings at the Reservation Area, we were directed to the beach to grab our life vests. With it being Mid June, the sand was very hot but once we got to the water, we were fine. What we were unaware of was the banana boat that we had to take to get to the parasailing boat. It was definitely a pleasant surprise but a fun experience nonetheless. Once we arrived to the parasailing boat, the guys were extremely helpful and informative. They hooked us up to the harnesses and gave us a quick rundown of the rules. Parasailing was, by far, one of the most breathtaking and invigorating experiences I've ever had! I absolutely loved it and it was quite peaceful. Unfortunately, my friend did get queasy after a while so we had to cut our ride a bit short but the guys were very nice and made sure to give my friend some water until the other couple finished their ride. The rides lasted maybe 8-10 mins. If you're planning to visit Myrtle Beach or even live in the area, definitely check out Downwind Sails Watersports. There are height and weight restrictions so definitely check out their site for all the details but the staff were wonderful and the parasailing was amazing!

I highly recommend them, especially if it's your first time. It was my third time but I think the new skis are more sensitive than 20 years ago. The inter-coastal waterway is much calmer. The staff is very helpful--front desk and instructors. The front desk even let us use their sunscreen. Check in was quick and we were on the skis in no time. The one hour ride felt longer.

This one was a refreshing break from mini golf and arcades and fun for both kids and adults. We had a pretty large group and some did the zip line course and some braved the adventure park (aka ropes course). We had lots and lots of fun, overcame some anxiety, and had a few sore muscles to show off our achievements. I also owe a big shout out to George, who was amazingly patient with my crew and helped coordinate the outing so that we all started/finished around the same times. I also heard from the kids that their guides were fantastic. They were especially impressed that they remembered every single person's name for an event that lasts only a few hours.

For the Zipline tour, we had Jesse, Margaret, and Lacey as our guides and all of them were great! Jesse is very fun and funny, Margaret is super sweet, and Lacey had amazing knowledge on fun facts throughout the tour! The zip lines were very fun, and all three guides took every measure to ensure our safety, creating a good sense of trust. We all felt like a group of friends by the end of our tour. They also take photos at the beginning, middle, and end of the tour with specific spots for photo ops which I truly appreciate! (You do have to pay for the photos.) I will absolutely recommend The Swamp Park to friends and family! We plan to come back and try the ATV tour next!

I had never seen the inlet from that viewpoint and it took you all the way out to the edge of the ocean inlet. I would definitely rebook another activity with this company. They offer other types of expeditions with a HUGE pink flamingo to seat 6-8 people that looked so cute! I would be afraid to banana boat in the ocean but the inlet looked very calm and less risky of wildlife. May do that next year. I had to cancel 1 hour before my booking due to my car getting towed which is outside their refund policy but they offered a raincheck which was kind, I ended up getting a ride to enjoy it anyway and they got me on the boat, thank you! We had over 20 people, including a bunch of kids ranging from 2 to 11 years old. Forest & Spence did a great job navigating the waters, finding us a nice beach area, and a BUNCH of dolphins to see a few times over! Logistical stuff: Look for the big green sign! I cannot say enough awesome things about our experience on this boat…read more We were doing a large "family" vacation and there were 12 of us so we opted to rent the entire boat for a sunset cruise. Two hours for $400. You really can't beat that price since you usually pay $35-45 per person for a sunset cruise. The boat isn't very big but there is a middle BAR area where you can put ice and drinks with 8-10 "stools" surrounding it. Apparently you can "paddle" the boat yourself but our group was more interested in drinking. There is also a seating area the front of the boat where up to four people can sit. Captain John was FANTASTIC! He caught our vibe really quick and turned on some fun lights and DJ'd our party all the way from the docks, to the sound, all the way to the ocean (where we promptly turned around to come back!) We drank and danced and laughed for two whole hours. It was a slow easy ride and so much fun. There were several people in our party that had never done that before but everyone was ready to do it again. HIGHLY recommend!
