They did a good job of pulling the tooth but besides that horrible experience, they have a child running around the office screaming, and half the time the assistant is yelling at the child. This has always been the one surgery I dreaded because of her love for food. She also can only drink with a straw. I was worried about dry socket and sedation in an office. The surgery was great and rather easy. He said she could eat anything and drink from her straw. He packed the holes with collagen so we didin't have to worry about dry socket. The first 24 hrs were amazing, then one hole got infected. She "chipmunk"s her food. We didn't rinse well. Dr. Loeser gave us a few options. First change the antibiotics and he would help us keep her out of the hospital. So everyday I syringed a bacteria cleanser in the hole and went to his office everyday in between his patients for 2 weeks. I didn't have to but it helped me to know it was getting better not worse. He was patient with me, kind to her and we stayed out the hospital. His staff went above and beyond for us. They made accommodations that most places wouldn't do. Besides all the extra care, the offices are clean and his prices are reasonable.

We have all been happy with his work. I have come and gone his practice as I moved around and did two brief stints on HMO dental plans (shocking!!). I am always so relieved to come back to Dr. Hattenhauer. He never tries to upsell you and is an advocate of the least invasive procedures possible. Conservative in his treatment plans, he clearly presents you with your options in terms of your health and finances. They also been great about passing on my records as I moved around as well. I can't wait to get out of my current HMO with $1300 deep cleaning "requirements" and back to someone dedicated to the art of dentistry rather than the art of the hard sell. Highly recommended!

I was groaning, thrashing, crying and sweating profusely. He wouldn't stop. I am literally traumatized. Wish I'd chosen DiFranco instead. Would have been a completely different experience. Something my dentist never mentioned. The receptionist explained the advantages of an implant and said if I wanted an implant I would probably need a bone graft. She also went over costs. I went in for my appointment and everything went well. Dr. Sisto & staff were very professional and caring. A few months later I went back to have 2 implants placed. Again, I had no issues & no pain during or after the procedure. I had several check up appointments in between and after the procedures and nothing has changed. Dr. Sisto and his staff are always very nice and always professional.
