We came on holidays to Berlin and she said we should come here and practice. So we did. We messaged them in Instagram and they said we could go any day from 7 to 12am. It is Mysore practice. We came at 7:30, the dropped in class is 15 euros (is cheaper if you go several times), and the SALON was so beautiful. Big, luminous, so nice energy! The teachers (Rafael & Sara this time) were nice and welcoming! Definitely a place I recommend in Berlin for your Ashtanga Yoga. Así que en nuestras vacaciones en Berlín decidimos hacer una parada acá. Les mandamos un mensaje por instagram y dijeron que fuéramos cualquier día de 7 a 12am. Es practica Mysore. Fuimos 7:30, la clase suelta cuesta 15 euros (es más barato si uno va varias veces), y el salón fue hermoso. Grandísimo, luminoso, tan linda energía! Ich mag dieses Yogastudio sehr und es sind schöne Räume und eine angenehme Atmosphäre,…read moream Anfang gab es dort Mittags Kurse, das war für mich ideal, aber da war ich wohl leider die einzige, doch früh und abends werden viele unterschiedliche Kurse, bei unterschiedlichsten Lehrern angeboten, die es fast alle mal auszuprobieren lohnt! Viele Leute die ich dort treffe, haben irgendwie ihren Lieblingslehrer entdeckt und gehen immer nur zu den Kursen, aber ich würde mich da gar nicht festlegen wollen, da alle so unterschiedliche und spannende Persönlichkeiten sind! Meine Entdeckung generell ist Kundalini-Yoga, was dort vermehrt angeboten wird es ist sehr inhaltlich angebunden, bearbeitet meist ein bestimmtes Lebensthema, Chakra o.ä. und ist sehr viel abwechslungsreicher für mich als Hatha Yoga! Aber selbst das habe ich dort für mich wieder neu entdeckt, was an der Lehrerin gelegen haben mag, deren langsames und intensives Tempo in der Praxis mir sehr gefallen hat! Durchweg kann ich das Studio sehr empfehlen!

Very friendly, relaxing, spiritually oriented environment. Different courses during the week as…read morewell as in the weekend (Ayurveda, Tantra yoga, Hatha yoga, Engram, Astrology) . Classes taught in English as well. I only can recommend it. Mostly impressed by the teachers openness, patience and very clear explanations of the different spiritual topics. I loved it because incorporates every day life in a spiritual atmosphere and manages to cope with problems by transforming them into successful steps on the evolution scale.
