Instructors: other than the Yin instructors (who were American), the German style Yoga is not 100% my taste. If you like something fast and rigid you might enjoy this. Not really a huge fan of microphoned instructors and found the incessant talking kind of annoying, not really positive ... stuff about pushing yourself etc - they do speak English though. Yin was chill 2. Hygiene: I guess the "German" way to practice is not to clean your mats. Nobody ever cleans a mat! If you are comfortable practicing on mats that are covered with layers of sweat and germs and open to fungus and athletes foot maybe you are a better Yogi than me. I personally am not a huge fan of smelling other people's dried sweat in Adho mukha śvānāsana and have no problem cleaning mats ... anyway I guess: bring your own mat or a towel 3. Cost: This place is not cheap! Definitely a capitalist enterprise in that they don't cap class sizes at all. Get there early for the popular classes. But if you don't mind squeezing in to a class w 50-60 others and paying about 25 euros a class this spot might be for you! Namaste

Songül mixes exercises from various body techniques (pilates, feldenkreis, yoga) and always comes up with new variations. The teachers were very experienced, and their sincerity, preparation for class and sequencing was really wonderful. I loved that they incorporated chanting and philosophy as well as the asana practice. I really loved Cassandra 's class she had the voice of an angel, and her assists were so helpful.

I attended a trial session at noexcuses. Everyone was welcoming, the facilities were great. The…read moresession was intense but I felt fantastic afterwards. I loved the place so much that signed up 6 month contract. Shortly after, my stay in Germany was cut short and I couldn't attend. Noexcuses reps were very nice and understood my situation and cancelled the contract. As I learnt from them - be careful what you are signing and committing to a long term membership, especially if your visa in the country is temporary. I was lucky that noexcuses understood my situation. Because of their professionalism and awesome workouts, I highly recommend this place. Veronica

Julie B's Thursday night (18:00) Ishta flow class was a total delight. Her excellent energy and gentle instruction made me wish I could attend this class on the regular. Her adjustments were absolutely amazing, some of the best I've ever had in a yoga class. And she introduced me to a lot of poses I'd not done before. My favourite bit of the class, though, came at the end when Julie began to sing om shanti. Her singing voice was nothing short of enchanting. I wish I could record it to play before falling asleep. I'd highly recommend Julie's class.
