They have women's shoes in the front, beauty products, bags and accessories, dresses (formal and causal), and home goods along with the girls, boys, and men's departments. It's not a huge store, but they carry a lot. I I like Ross because It's a little bit of everything, and the prices are reasonable. I needed new jeans, so I found 3 pairs that I wanted to try on. They generally are known to have nice jeans/denim for good pricing. My husband found some gym shorts at reasonable prices. They have a fitting room in the back, but a man was there working and said they were closing it down. He directed me to the fitting room upfront. There was only one fitting room open up front (one was closed down), and a line started forming. I waited about 15 minutes for the fitting room, which was inconvenient. I decided to purchase 1 out of the 3 I tried on, and they were $15 which is cheap. The line to check out was fairly long too. One of the workers checking people out said she was taking her break, so it only left one lady at the register. Eventually someone else came to help her out and the line started to move a little faster. We stood in the checkout line about 20 minutes, definitely need to have patience when shopping. This location is connected to other business with shared parking, which can get crowded when busy.

We then shopped for several items for an upcoming event, and some summer things we thought were on sale were not. But after talking with the ma ager she gave us the discount anyway, as the signage was misleading a bit. We appreciated that from them! Always had some items we can use for everyday living, and my husband got some great casual work pants that will be perfect for summer weather.

One lonely cashier had her hands full working the register. So we waited till a couple of ladies were done with their dressing rooms and took over before the door slammed shut. I generally like the merchandise here, but also learned that a lot of the colors here fade extremely in the was (yes, I followed the instructions). Really never put any colors purchased here with anything not of the very same color, unless you're looking to dye a few things. The ladies (now there were 2) were nice enough at the check out. When they asked who helped us, we did let them know that no one could be bothered. We did see a cluster of other employees standing around apparently having a little chat session... it's a rather frustrating scenario.

At $2 I have not found any good designer high end pieces but it is fun just to look and see what you discover. She was excited to tell me more when I asked at checked out too. I was the only customer in the store during my visit and I appreciate that she didn't stalk me or bother me while I was shopping. The store was originally located in Beech Grove for 8 years, but the owner is from Morristown and hated driving so far, so she eventually relocated it closer to her. I'm giving 3 stars because it's one of the most disorganized thrift stores I've been in. There is next to no organization. The racks are labeled with sizes, but I always found lots of other sizes mixed in. And clothing is not separated by category. There's 3-4 racks of each size spread all throughout the store and each rack has anything from swimsuits to dresses to jackets on it. When I was greeted, she said "it's a treasure hunt". It was definitely a hunt trying to sort through the mess. The lighting is dim, there were at least two larger rooms not being used for merchandise and a large section in the middle of the main room closed off housing misc appliances. They have one fitting room that is literally a closet with a mirror. I think they would do a lot better if they organized the items better. Most people don't like digging through stuff...even for $2 items. She also said they take donations, but they've only had 5 since being at this location. What a nice surprise! While they do have a lot of trendy items I think anyone would find something they might like.They have both men and women's clothing. Everything from jeans to casual jackets. There were quite a few shirts and sweaters that caught my eye. The quality was even better than I'd expected. I will definitely add them to my regular stops.
