First impressions upon a walk-in: the store is clean, uncluttered and what is there looks just like the retail store. I really dislike outlets that go for the "Marshalls" effect by stuffing as much as possible on every inch of rack space. Luckily J Crew abstains to great effect. The clothing is racked and displayed such that you never feel closed in or that you need to go "bin surfing" to hope you can find a size or color. It's all quite attractive and welcoming- score one for the merchandising guys. On my handful of visits in, clothing options were always primarily "looking forward" to the next season. For example: shorts out in February and a distinct lack of sweaters or outerwear. Sure this means the total number of options will be more limited, but J Crew has always had a knack for focusing on quality rather than quantity and it's nice to see that in a factory store too. I also thought the deals were quite strong too. While the MSRP rivals normal retail or catalog prices, my weekend visit not only featured specific sales that were strong all by themselves, but the staff also handed out coupons for an additional 20% off. 50-60% off total? Yes, please! Staff will be helpful if asked, but otherwise remain pretty hands-off. That's okay with me. They will pull a size if you are in the dressing room, but other store traffic can overwhelm them at times. All I spoke with have been friendly here. In all, this store alone is a reason I will travel to this mall and it is always a must-stop. When passing through town, it's worth a stop in.

To date it has held up well despite it's I being used so frequently. We were impressed with the offerings at this store and we will return as a new need arises. The cost for this well made couch was very acceptable although I forget the actual price. This sofa has been on our screened in back porch and has held up extremely well despite being exposed to the elements. I recommend Pottery Barn for any casual furniture needs.

Like other Brooks Brothers Factory Stores, this one is large and carries mostly Brooks Brothers' lower quality 346 line. I say "lower quality," but it's still good quality. They have dress shirts aplenty here, even some Non-Iron *and* Slim Fit ones. They do not have any Extra Slim Fit dress shirts, though. Definitely go with Non-Iron. They always look neatly pressed, even after machine washing. It's like magic! Their long sleeve t-shirts sold out fast this winter. I bought the last one on the rack. It's black in color and has the Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece emblem on the front chest. It's regularly $29.50, but was on sale for $14.75. 50% off and no coupon required. Nice. I purchased a similar shirt from Polo just before coming to Brooks Brothers and the price was almost the same, except I had to use a coupon at Polo. Shop during the holidays for sales and sign up for Brooks Brothers' email and snail mail distribution lists.
