He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. Lo and behold when we arrived home it was not 16 gauge and didn't fit. My daughter took the jewelry back and was told she couldn't get a refund but could exchange for other merchandise. The only thing she needed from their store was the jewelry. Next, I called to talk to a manager who told me they only do exchanges. I asked her if it was fair for an employee to misrepresent the product and then refuse to exchange it. Apparently in her mind it is because she told me once more their policy is no returns on jewelry. Buyer beware.
