I am an 85 year old male with diabetes, history of ministroke, coronary artery disease, weakness and cough. I went to the OSF Urgent Care center on N. Prospect in Champaign. The internet site for this care center stated that there would be a 15 minute wait. When I arrived there was a patient checking ahead of me and he went right in. I registered and was told sit in the waiting room. After 40 minutes no other patients had been seen, I was getting weaker and told the front desk that I was getting weaker and had to go home. I was not encouraged to stay or offered to be seen and left. At no time was I ever seen by a health care professional and I have not had any follow up call. My vital signs were never taken. This reflects poor and negligent level of care. I would suggest that you look elsewhere for care and not consider OSF Urgent care. read more
