Do not let your student go here. They do not accept insurance even of you are led to believe they do.

This review is for OSF Orthapedics in Urbana, but I'm unable to leave review there so I'm leaving…read moreone here.DO NOT GO to OSF if it is anything work-related.What a disaster.I am a carpenter and have temporary disability insurance on my own.The doctor Glenett Barrett is refusing to sign the paperwork needed to collect my insurance payments because "my left arm still works" and she personally doesn't feel like I am qualified as "disabled" even though I have spoken directly with my insurance and they say I totally qualify and that they have never heard of someone being denied due to these circumstances.Insurance says the doctor is supposed to take my occupation into account but doctor simply refuses to acknowledge anything and sends a nurse out to tell me to set another appointment.6 times I've had to be exposed to Covid to go to the office to get paperwork filled out correctly and now they just refuse.Someone might catch a lawsuit over this.

If I could give a zero star I would. Inadequate care and incompetent staff. I went in for a UTI (I…read moreget them all of the time). The test came back "inconclusive" despite all my symptoms including frequent urination and bladder pain the nurse refused to give me antibiotics. Their manager refused to intervene and clearly their staff lacks basic knowledge and skill set to be considered medical providers. The girl claimed to be a nurse practitioner but couldn't seem to remember the fact that a UTI can easily turn into a kidney infection within days left untreated. The nurse rather have me wait three days and end up in the hospital. I left without medication and they attempted to charge me for their bullshit care. The nurses seem to get off on the fact that I was in pain and now helpless because of them. Don't waste your time or money. I went to a different clinic and got medication the same day they agreed that the nurse acted poorly and provided inadequate care.

First priority my child was undoubtedly. What's so great about the Carle foundation Hospital…read morethere's multitudes of specializations within the foundation and top notch specialists that Is very well knowledgeable and adversed within their line of work is phenomenal. And I say that to say this, this type of compassion and commitment is not everywhere especially for Pediatric patients. My child and I were recently transported from Riverside Hospital to Carle Pediatric Intensive Care Unit due to no pediatric intensive care department within the facility of Riverside hospital. Transferred was an hour and a half way and it was a MUST and urgent care! . Due to weather changes and the winter's season, inevitable the viruses and FLU has knocked at our door once more. In the best care of Doctor Rosado and Doctor Tseng and their Amazing Staff. While my child had the best combinations of Pediatric care and Respiratory Therapy Medicine they both tackled the issue rather quickly and practically. Everyone single one of the staffing had compassion, kindness, supportiveness, tenderness and very thorough and knowledgeable of Asthmatic patients. They were understanding and treated my little one like their own. So much love was given to my little one. Carle Foundation even have a department called Child Life, which helped my child out emotionally by still being able to be in control of her situation and still being able to be a kid. She was able to still color, draw, legos, play room for the kids, puzzles, board games, play doh, books for reading just just to make a few things. Anything to keep her mind off of things and positive reinforcements. The ChildLife department was amazing shout out to Anna and Nikki!. We were definitely in the right place and right care! My family and I could not have done this without the loving family of Carle Foundation Hospital and we will forever be grateful. We stayed a long 5 days. With amazing Angels. Great service great people WELL DONE!

Just when ypu thought the medical field couldn't get any worse......enter Catle Foundation…read more"Hospital". What an awful experience full of people with attitudes, poor work ethic and no compassion for patients. I wish I would have just left when I wanted too. Now I feel like a prisoner until I get my discharge papers to know how to undo what they have done. 7th floor Nurse Nikki is nothing short of a terrible human being. She can't be bothered getting your mefs in 60 minutes. Who cares if you have an abdomen full of kidney stones. But, she has a great defense. She just implies that you lied about asking for your meds, then its well you say an hour but its 36 minutes. #1 still too long and #2 just proved my case. Yells at patients and is beyond rude. Yelled at me because she had to get me ice water, buss my dinner tray, and strain my pee. I would have happily done that for the little princess in trade for my meds, and follow ups on my high blood pressure and high temperature since I had a sizeable infection and pain. Charge Nurse Christopher had no interest in either stopping Nikk8 from yelling, interrupting or degrading me while not listening to my concerns and trying to blame me. I do not recommend this place, you would get better service at a veterinary clinic.
