Our experience with Osceola Fence Supply was professional, timely, and high-quality. From the beginning of the process through the end, Osceola Fence Supply communicated well and demonstrated efficiency and courtesy. Our process began with the initial request for a quote. Our sales representative, Christian, visited our home, discussed our needs, and measured our yard. From there, almost every other interaction was handled through e-mail (thankfully), to include providing our survey and HOA approvals and finalizing the contract. We iterated a few times on the contract, just getting the drawings to match exactly what we needed. Once the contract was finalized and signed, Osceola Fence Supply handled permitting with the county, which actually happened much more quickly than we anticipated. They called us to let us know installation had been scheduled, and we stopped by the office to pay our first half. On the scheduled installation day, their installation team came out and meticulously measured, aligned, and installed the fence. During installation, they clearly took their time (which is a good thing!) and focused on getting it right the first time. We watched the team double-check measurements at each step of the process. The crew cleaned up after themselves and even asked us what to do with a bush we knew they'd have to pull out to complete the installation. The resulting fence looks exactly as we had imagined. All gates function superbly and both the materials and the installation appear to be of high quality. I would definitely recommend Osceola Fence Supply to anyone in the area who needs a quality fence installed. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. This company has stolen our money for handrails and other items for our home. We paid our 50% deposit for two items and paid in full for one item, many months ago and they have yet to install. We have called many times, no answer to calls, text, or email. Do not get scammed like us! These people are terrible people to be doing this to me and many other families. It's impossible to get an answer and when you do they always say "we don't know, we will call later" and they never do call back. I have tried calling so many times and if you call them about your items or for an install date, they block your number. I only know this cause I can call off other numbers and they used to pick up, but now I get nothing. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE SCAM OF A COMPANY! read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased three fences in from them, I was going to purchase a fourth and Myra and Jose who have taken care of me for years are gone. New people don't care. Hired another fence company - OMG! They had to replace half a dozen of the fence posts, Osceola Fence Supply left one broken in half (I never knew) several falling down (not cemented) and the boards were all falling off, got the 6-foot ladder, looked - they used a nail gun and it was all nailed together ABOVE THE BOARD! Took me 400 wood screws - new neighbors moved in, Osceola Fence Supply INSTALLED MY FENCE IN THEIR YARD after charging me and doing a permit and if that were not bad enough - the one fence I own 6-feet over, they installed it in the neighbors yard by 2 inches, it is so crooked by the time it reaches the front of my yard it is OVER TWO FEET ON MY NEIGHBORS PROPERTY! The house just sold and the new owners have surveyors surveying my house, I own 39' per Osceola Fence Supply's plot map but Osceola Fence Supply installed 41 feet and 3 inches of fence across! Now I am waiting to be served to be sued and when I do, after paying them for this service, I am going to be suing Osceola Fence Supply! Looked nice then FELL APART and come to find out they did not even install the fence on my property!!!! These are "licensed professionals" who charged me for doing this? #SCAMALERT? 10/1/2021 I requested a quote from Osceola Fence Supply (OFS). 10/4/2021 They send me a quote after completing a visit to my property. The amount was USD 5,550 with 50% down payment. 10/5/2021 They charged my credit card for 50% of the quote, and requested me to send the approval from my HOA. 10/15/2021 I sent the HOA approval, and they confirmed the application for permit to the County. 10/25/2021 The Orange County approved the permit pending the payment of USD 38 fee. OFS has not paid that fee yet, and the permit is about to expire but OFS does not return our calls. I texted, called and emailed them but they never respond. Seems like they are hiding from us customers. It's been more than 60 days without a response. They have a new address and I went to their place. There is no company headquarters there. Only a pile of old desks and abandoned vehicles. And a couple of people, maybe employees, hiding in a camper outside. When I went there they were rude to me and told me to call the phone... The same number they never answer... I guess they are just scamming people. And when I ask for the owner Anthony J. Paradiso contact, they refuse to provide that. I had a Osceola fence put in a very nice black rail fence for me. They got the permit. They did a very nice job. And two years later the city of St Cloud came after me because they never got their work. Inspected. Now I have to pull a new permit and get my fence inspected so that I don't have a lien on my house and to make it even more fun they are not answering the phone. They are not following up on emails and they're not at the location that is stated in their ads, so no I don't recommend these people at all. read more

This as to be the most frustrating company to work with. Their technician came out on 3/11 to give us an estimate on a fence door repair on a fence they installed and dont want to void any warranty that may still be on it. We have been calling, emailing and basically begging them to send the written estimate so the job can be completed. today is 3/29 and still no response to our many attempts. Do not use this service. They will take a deposit and ghost you. They are using the excuse of Covid as why they are behind schedule. Worst company and zero customer service. They convince you with a small discount to pay in advance. Then they take your money, give you a completion date then take several months afterwards to complete. There was ZERO contact from the company advising me on status, delays or anything. I had to continually call and never received good customer service, explanation or apology. They try to blame the delay on permits but I checked and permit was approved months ago and now that I think about it, there was never even an inspection on fence afterwards. The work was shotty.....fence not even, gaps in bottom, not matching height of other connecting fences, forgot to add the fence caps. Also they refuse to give you an install date or time. When they finally called to confirm installation, I was told sometime this week. No day....no time. Then they never showed so once again I had to be the one to call and ask why. This company is a joke. The fact that they are not part of the Better Business Bureau explains a lot. No one seems to communicate. You reach out them and they refuse to speak to you or return numerous emails and phone calls. Their fence installation is a joke. Took 3 and a half months to install. They installed the fence on top of sprinklers, pest pods, and damaging my lawn along the way. They came unannounced to my home and started to put up the fence. Finally A MONTH LATER I get a hold of someone that assured me that I would not have to pay the final invoice until the damages are corrected. No damages were corrected and then I get an email saying the invoice was going to go to collections. I can see why they barely have 2 stars on Yelp. Anthony (owner) can't be bothered with his customers. Amarylis (manager) will respond once in a blue moon as if you're bothering her. Brianny will tell you one thing but accounting will turn around and do something else. I truly regret going with this company. First, I read all the negative reviews and the positive of this company, and my bet is that they are having people writing 5 star reviews for them. This company came recommended by our realtor when we purchased our new house. I made an appointment with Clarke to meet at our new home, and he never showed up. When I called the company, they blamed me and said I had the wrong date and time. That was strike one, telling me that I was to blame. Against, my better judgement, I made another appointment with Clarke for a quote. Once we decided on what we wanted, he assured us that our job of only 131' was a quick easy install and they could get us in sooner than the standard 2 weeks after HOA approval. As someone said before, they do get your deposit right away and cash it immediately after. No big deal, but that is when you will hear the last from them, unless you keep picking up the phone or emailing them. There is absolutely no follow through on their part. I was told we were approved by HOA a week before Christmas. I was hoping to have the fence installed after the first of the year, but not a word. Every time I called, I got the run around and "we will get back to you". No one ever called me back. I had to call every week to see what was happening. After I told them that I was looking to cancel and go with a different fence company, then I was told next week, we are going to get you on the schedule. I did make a change weeks before and added a gate to one side, and I got the email confirmation and was told that will not affect or delay my install. I told them the dates I would be home, because after that I was out of town, and was assured that they will call to set up a date and time before they come out. While I was out of town, they showed up with no notice, and only my 16 year old daughter, who was home alone, to install the fence. She did not know any better, so she let them do the work. They had the original plan, not the updated one with the extra gate. When I got home to find out about this, to add insult to injury, they severed my electrical wiring for landscape lighting and just left it sitting above ground for me to fix. Also, the work area was a mess. It seemed like they tried to throw dirt and debris all over the area on purpose. When you dig a hole, it is not that hard to lay plastic down to contain the mess. Too much a hassle for them, and they had cut some landscaping and just left it in the yard for me to clean up too. But they wanted to get paid, and have asked for payment several times over. When I called to complain and point out all the mistakes and errors on their part, again, they tried to blame me for not signing the change order. I told them that they did not ask me to sign and send it in, and the email was clear that I was to call if there was a problem with the change. They promised me that they would be out the next day to fix the lights, install the second gate and clean up the mess. Once again, NO PHONE CALL. I waited around til noon before I had to chase them down again and find out when they were coming out. They admitted they see I was on the schedule, but they were not going to be out today, and they didn't know when they would be out. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I have the upper hand, because I have not given them final payment, and I will not until they finish the work to satisfaction. Even once the job is completed and repairs fixed, I would not recommend them to anyone. When you pay someone several thousand dollars, you expect them to be a little more professional and have better customer service. You will NOT get that here. My advice is spend the extra money and go with someone else, because Osceola Fence could care less. read more

This has been hands down the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. Having spent $16k on our fence, which they have been charging us for for almost 4 months now without it ever being installed, they still will not answer our calls or emails. When we ask to have a rep come out to meet and talk about the process they do not have any information or any knowledge of the process. We put in a large privacy fence around our yard and a fence around our pool. The work was fine and quality fine - other than I had to call to get updates on when they are coming and they didn't communicate with me unless I initiated it. The most disappointing part of our fence project is - they damaged our patio and refused to take responsibility or to repair the patio. They denied that they caused the damage, despite the patio was brand new and they were the only possible cause of the damage. We are very disappointed in their decision not to take responsibility for the damage they caused or to repair our patio. We would sadly not choose to use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone looking into installing a fence. read more

I had called other fence companies and they never returned my call. When I called Osceola they took my call and made an appointment that week. The price was very fair. They took care of all of our permits for us and did a good job putting up our fence. They did just show up one day to put up the fence and I had no idea they were coming that day! It worked out fine though. We wanted our fence very close to the ground to keep our small dog in the yard. Let me first say that I used Osceola Fence to initially install my fence a couple of years ago and they did a great job. They handled everything from HOA, permitting, to scheduling. Because it was a new fence they were on the ball and did what was needed to get the job done. No complains. The problem is when you have repairs needed. If you have a repair needed like I do you are not treated as well as a new customer. I have two posts that were destroyed by the HOA lawn services and needed to be replaced. The lawn service company wanted to repair the fence themselves, but I insisted that it be done by Osceola Fence (OF). I contacted to schedule an appointment for the repair and it was explained to me that I would be called the day before the repair. OF tries to schedule repairs at the same time as installs in the area. With the price of gas and inflation I was willing to wait. The problem is that it took nearly a month for them to schedule an appointment for a repair. When I called to understand why the repair was not scheduled yet, the individual that I spoke with was very disrespectful. Granted I am very direct when I speak and I was not happy with the slow service and lack of communication but it did not warrant this type of treatment. When you call OF there is a recording that tells you that OF will treat you like they want to be treated, that they believe in quality customer service, and that they value communication (paraphrase). This may be the case for new fences but in my experience, this is not the case for additional work like repairs. To be honest, if I was treated a little better on the phone I would've been more understanding. Beware of customer service... UPDATE: The above statement was written Wednesday 31 Aug 2022 Today is 1 September 2022 and I just received an email for the landscaping company stating that Osceola Fence (OF) returned the deposit for my fence repair and OF is unwilling to work with me to get the repair done. Their claim is that I was being unreasonable. Unreasonable...? The following are the facts: * The repair consisted of replacing only 2 posts. * I was understanding about waiting till an install was being done in my area to schedule my repair. So I delayed the repair till an installation was scheduled for my area. * I called 22 Aug 2022 to ask for updates on the repair being scheduled and I was told that it would be scheduled the next week on Monday or Tuesday (29,30). No problems. * I called 31 Aug 2022 to inquired as to why I was not scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. Because a deposit was made, and it was taking so long I insisted that the repair be scheduled regardless. This is when the individual in customer service was disrespectful and spoke down to me. Not only did OF state that I was unreasonable, but they also claimed lack of supplies as additional reasons for backing out of the repair. During any of my conversations with OF I cannot recall any mention of supply shortage. Regardless of my recollection, if OF is scheduling fence installs on a daily basis wouldn't that disprove the supply shortage claim? It is a 2 post repair job. The following is my OPINION based on my experience with the Osceola Fence Company: While they did a good job on the initial installation there is much to be desired on their repair services. This whole situation has been unprofessional and unfortunate. I am a huge proponent for local business, but I will never recommend this company. Not only was I treated with disrespect on the phone but OF backed out of the repair under questionable reason. Because of this they are not only unprofessional and disrespectful but now they are dishonest in my eyes. When I am asked for a fence company recommendation it will not include Osceola Fence Company. If you want proof of there history do your research. I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience. Beware of this company all together..... I live in Saint Cloud, Fl read more

Found out they had recently moved a few miles east of Narcoossee. Went looking to replace a missing cap to my aluminum fence, and got there at nearly closing time late one afternoon. If I could I could give this establishment zero stars, I would! I had a PVC fence installation on my property a week ago and the installation is completely sloppy! They left trash all around my yard, the dirt they pulled from the ground was just left in my yard, suffocating my grass, concrete boulders were left in the grass, the caps on the posts are flying off the posts with the slightest wind gust. I paid top dollar for this service and they couldn't bother to do a quality installation. I called to complain, you think I ever heard anything back from these people? Not a word. I hate writing a negative review, but this was the WORST company I have EVER worked with. They were great until we paid the deposit then it was a fight to get anyone to contact us. Regretfully, you can't believe a word on their recording or their contract. Contract said a 7-14 day install (that was why we picked them) but it was months. We were getting the standard 4' chain link fence - no special order. I went to their office to find out what was wrong and had to wait my turn to complain. I asked for a refund and was told "we aren't doing refunds", so we were stuck. Once it was completed, we had daily contact because they wanted final payment. I used Osceola Fence to install my fence 3 years ago. At the time I paid 5k for the fence installation. It was the most expensive of my quotes, but I was told that Osceola was the best. For 3 years, I have not had any issues with my fence. We are in the process of having a pool installed. I call up Osceola to find out how much it would cost to take down 8 of the panels and then come back to put them up. I had researched how to do it myself, but I thought the people that put it up would be the best ones to take it down. It took a few phone calls to finally get someone to come give us an estimate and they were pretty quick to come out. It was when I got the estimate to remove those panels that I was in shock. $1800 to remove those panels and put them back up. That's simply LABOR. They would be putting right back up the ones that were there, so there were no materials cost. I looked it up online and it looked simple to do ourselves. So, we said no way were we paying someone $1800 to do something we could do. Well, it was not as simple as I thought it would be. I do not know how they installed this fence 3 years ago, but it was built to never be taken down again. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the bottom rails out, without cutting them off. Instead of using screws to hold the rails in place (to help with easy removal), Osceola cut tabs in the vinyl, so that rails could not be taken out. Yes, it makes for a sturdy fence. Just not one that you can ever take down without damaging the posts (then I guess Osceola would have to come out to replace $$$). VERY BAD WORKMANSHIP! I would not recommend Osceola to anyone who wants to be treated fairly. read more

Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare!!! Sad because several years ago they were efficient. I ordered a fence on February 19th and paid half down cash. I was told it would take a total of 3 weeks (1 for the permit and 2 for installation), which is why I went with them. After 3 weeks I called them to get an update and was told the county delayed all permits. So I was nice enough and gave them an extra week. On week 4, I called again and received the same answer. I still have them the benefit of the doubt. Week 5 comes along and they still don't have the decency to call me so I called them and still the same excuse. By week 6, I'm starting to get annoyed at the fact that no one gives me a courtesy call and now it's been double the time. By this point I asked my family members to go in and ask and I was told it would try to be installed by Friday or Saturday but latest would be Tuesday, which of course ended up being Tuesday! Anyway, they came on Tuesday and thankfully I decided to take off because the measurements were completely wrong on one side of the house. Can you imagine if I wouldn't have been home??? After they called the company I saw that they fixed the measurements and proceeded. Well after they dug the hole, I noticed they put cement dust in the holes but never did I see them put water. I didn't know if this was normal procedure or they would put it later! They went home and came back the next day to continue (I took off of work again). On this day, they worked from 8:00am-12:00noon and told me they couldn't continue until the next day (Wednesday) because the gates weren't done! By now I'm annoyed and called the company to speak to the owner. Well to my surprise he was not helpful at all. He definitely lacks in customer service. Not only did he ask me 'why I had to take off of work' but he also LIED!!! I told him how horrible the service has been and asked him why my gates were not done...and he said "they ARE done. I have 2 million dollars worth of inventory" and I said "well if they were done like you say, then why wouldn't they be installed today?" Makes no sense!!!!! Someone is lying!!! So he turned around and insinuated that I was lying. About what? That my fence was installed on time and still not complete? You can come see paperwork and drive by yourself! How dare he!!! Finally, third day on installation (Thursday), my father went in at 3:00pm to confirm because as usual, no communication, they said they'd be there at 5:00. They came at 4:45pm to put up the gates. Great!!! On Sunday, I go outside to walk my dog and notice the back gates uneven. I walk up to it and all the hardware was loose. Luckily my family member was over and he had tools to fasten the hardware. Next day, I'm in the living room which is right by the side fence and I hear the fence. I go outside quickly and I see the hardware loose and on the floor! The screw didn't even have a head (see all pictures). Unreal! I took pictures immediately and emailed them to fix it. They must have came really early the next day because by the time I went to work it was done. So today (Thursday) I went to pay my balance and while watching the video they have playing in the lobby I noticed the guys put the cement powder in the hole followed by water. So i asked the girl, "do they have to put water after the powder"? And she said "yes". So I told her, I never saw the guys put water on any of the holes they made at my property after putting the cement"? And she was surprised and wrote a note to bring it to someone in the back (hope it wasn't the rude owner) and the person said they would send someone to check next week since no one was available to check this week. (Sigh and violins out please). How could I expect anything else? No wonder after installation we noticed the fence still had a wiggle but figured it would set at some point. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Avoid the headaches and go somewhere else! read more

Then he proceeded to tell me he was scheduling me the following week. NEVER happed. It took an additional 5 weeks to get him on the phone again where i then argued that I wanted out of the contract and preferred to go with a deferent company a professional one. He said they would be out the following week and he would call before they arrived. NO CALL all week and on Friday I came home to my fence installed and not even leveled to my neighbors. But of course it took him no time to instantly send the invoice. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will only be let down, frustrated and will have no piece of mind during the entire process. I have one year warranty and I'm 100% sure they will dodge any issues so they will not have to deal wit it. read more
