Fence and Plus LLC…read more Contacted Sonia, owner of Fence and Plus LCC for a fence quote including a front gate. She immediately set up an appointment and was early to our appointment. She was polite and very professional; explained their services to me in an easy way. Within a few days, I had my quote and it was very competitive with the market. I did my part (submitted the necessary paperwork to my HOA and within a few days my HOA application was approved). Sonia and her team got to work immediately, got county permits and make sure all service lines were properly marked. On May 1st, her team showed up at my home and did an amazing job. Rafael (the other owner) was here to install and explain each step to me. They triple measure my property to make sure they were right where they needed to be; installed everything, added cement to each pole; cleaned everything after them. The front gate took a bit longer as it had to be custom built. Rafael came back a couple of times to make sure the measurements were perfect and on May 25 & 26, the homes front gate was finally installed. Overall: it was a great experience; very happy with the whole teams professionalism and workmanship. Emilio, the installer, was great!!!! Super happy with the whole team and highly recommend them!!

A to Z Coatings solicited my business for roof repair at my restaurant. I told them I could not…read moreafford to have the repairs done at that point in time. They continued to solicit my business and came to me with a Three (3) option proposal. The salesman was very persistent and finally convinced me to hire their company when he explained on two different occasions that option one (1) the least expensive would probably work just fine and give me a least a couple of years of service before having to consider more expensive work. I agreed and signed off on option 1 ONLY. and they work they claimed was successful 90% plus of the time was done. When I hired them, I had four (4) serious leaks in my dining room. The day after the completed their work it rained and I had seven(7) leaks in my dining room. I called the company and they sent their rep out to look at the problem and told me that I would need to proceed to option two. I informed him that I would not pay my bill for option 1 until my dining room weathered at least one rainstorm without leaks. He told me I had no other choice than to move on to option 2. This is perceived by me and my legal counsel as a classic bait and switch situation in which the contractor knew full well that option 1 would not work and made false statements in order to get my business. Furthermore A to Z Coating sent my company a notice of intent to file a lien, and in this notice stated that the lien amount was the total of option one and option two. If have indeed filed such notice it is fraudulent as I never signed for or authorized option two. This company's business practices including but not limited to: Persistent Solicitation with false statements about the effectiveness of their products, Refusal to make a genuine effort to remedy the problem under the services to be provided for option one, and their arbitrary trying to collect for work that was not done or approve, lead to my recommendation that no-one commercial or residential consider this company for any roof worked needed to you home or business.
