I went back in to get it all this un even hair fixed and acted like it was my fault. And was told he thought I brushed my hair to the side. So that's why it's cut like this. Even though my hair was not brushed to the side at all. The update is now the left is matched to the right to make it "even" both sides are all the way in and it looks like I have a receding hairline, and wait 3 weeks for it to grow in and fix it. read more

This is my third time there. When they're busy, today they do a terrible job. They don't give you the time you need as a client. The fade skin they did on me looks awful. The first time I came here had an amazing experience with Jose Louis. Came back two weeks later and had the worst experience ever with the lady Maria. Called and asked to speak to the owner and he told me that he would take care of me the next time I came in. Awesome! Came in today and he send me to this guy name Tonio and once again I get stuck with the person with no experience. AGAIN!!!! I have long hair and just come in to have my sides clipped and tapered, but just because I'm just getting my side cut doesn't mean I don't expect the level of experience as someone coming in to have a full hair cut. Love this barber shop. I've been coming here for several years. Became a dad and now I also bring my boy here. I've always been down with trying any of the barbers. Some of my best cuts have been from the women barbers! I explain clearly what I'm wanting in my cut, and they always get me. Same for my son. He's 6 and been coming here since his first cut at 4. Been going to this place since they opened years ago. Seems like service varies each visit. Even after rough experiences I still came back. Since you would occasionally get a decent barber. Over the years I've learned which barbers to go to. Some are pretty good, others like the older lady and Sam you want to stay away from. Today's visit with the barber Sam. Told him I hat I wanted and when he pulled out the mirror. Asked for a few adjustments and he wanted to charge me double for a second haircut to adjust the first one he did. Honestly every visit no barber has had this issue. Just seems like the service has gone down over the year. Especially including the non professional atmosphere some of the barbers provide with flipping each other off in front of customers or just straight swearing. Decided to try out this barber shop to get a haircut. I walked in and no one greeted me or told me how waiting for a haircut worked. I had to ask if I had to take a number. So I did and ended up waiting an hour. Why have a number based system if you're not going to be using or keeping track of the numbers. It was finally my turn. I told the barber what I wanted and he started to cut my hair. During the haircut he stopped about 8 times, first to answer the phone sit down then he got on his phone to text, also proceeded to shop as this lady selling shirts came in. I felt like the guy didn't even try on my haircut. I guess I should of left as soon as he showed me his haircut. I've gotten better service & haircuts at other places for less than what they charge. I hope they improve their professionalism & customer service because this place kinda really sucked. read more

I stopped in for a haircut today and decided to get "The Works" instead, which consists of a haircut, hot towel treatment, warm shave gel, straight razor shave, lemon balm face cream, after shave, etc. I was greeted by Martin and asked him if he was up for the challenge. He didn't even hesitate and said that he was. Now, this was only my 2nd experience getting a straight razor shave and I must say I was a bit nervous as my first experience (at another shop in another state) was not so great. I went to Oscars barbershop and having to wait an hour and a half. They were letting their friends shortcut and wasn't even planning on doing their own waiting system that THEY MADE. The guy that cut my hair was on his phone and told me "sorry bro I'm ordering something off of amazon" which took 15 minutes while clippers are in his hand, and the phone on the other. He was halfway done with my haircut and told a little kid that sweeps the floors at the barbershop to run to his truck to grab his wallet. What kind of service is this? You don't need to have a favorite barber as they all do a great job! They take their time with you and don't make you feel like they are in a hurry to get the next cut.
