Oscar Nails Spa - Jaime always does a great job. He's here on Monday and Tuesday!! Always clean and sanitary, very nice staff! - Nail Salons Near Me - Watertown, South Dakota

Rude! And horrible service! Thank the Lord that guy was rude and for the language barrier! Now I don't have to feel uncomfortable getting my backs done when I pay for their service. My money goes to much more respectful and very talented people now! And so does my big tips! Jerk! read more

Got a gel manicure. Didn't like the initial color because it looked completely different from the sample after we started. So I kindly asked if we could switch it and the employee got angry and the new set turned out sloppy in the way that landlords do a poor paint job on a cheap rental property. They also ground some of my skin when they were re-prepping my nails. The tools they used to grind the nails were also dirty and full of other peoples skin and nail flakes. read more

terrible. very rough while handling my nails. nails club is better by 100%. ..........................

The vibe of the place was relaxing. My pedicure was pretty good. It was a little backwards, but they did a good job with the color and trim. The manicure was less than stellar. My nails are very crooked and uneven. You could tell they were rushing. Overall, the service was OK read more

simple gel pedicure . Sat with my feet in the water for a long time to the point where it got lukewarm for about 10 mins. By the time my pedicure was starting my feet were getting soggy. Charged me $65 for a basic gel pedicure. plus tip read more

Oscar Nails Spa - Basic Gel Pedicure {Shade: Peacock} - Nail Salons Near Me - Watertown, South Dakota

I told the guy at the counter I wanted the basic pedicure for $30.. But then came over and asked what scent of lotions to use... Then when I went to leave.. The guy brought over the lotion selection thing and said this cost $55.....Not very good business practice to mislead customers. Maybe they don't understand English... My toe nails were not covered all the way to top, some bare spots on them. Unhappy customer. read more

Thank you so much to Bob - I have visited Watertown every holiday season for years and our family always drops into Oscars. Bob is consistently friendly, caring and always goes above and beyond. Yesterday my daughter got a kids mani and pedi - she is very shy with new people - he was so patient and kind, by the end she was chatting with Bob like old friends. Plus her nails were so beautiful! Thank you again Bob for your consistent level of professionalism and care. It is really special to know that you will always receive a high level of service when you visit a place like Oscars - you are a a huge asset to the business and we look forward to continuing our holiday tradition with Bob there! read more

PANDEMIC POST. Pampering yourself during a pandemic is crucial! My mother and I took the necessary precautions to stay safe and get a pedicure for her Mother's Day gift. We were in great hands, I even saw them offering masks to clients that walked in without one. They also added additional safety measures with plastic dividers for manicures, some wearing a face shields and plenty of hand sanitizer located throughout. Our service was exceptionally friendly and efficient while they worked to make our toes pretty. I will definitely return! read more

Flew into Watertown for a wedding and called here the day prior to make an appt for a shellac mani & they were able to squeeze me in! Popular spot as the place was FULL when I arrived. read more

Don't come to this place if you're coming with a group! We came here with ~12 people for a wedding and it was not a great experience. The bride was last to get a technician to work on her. I was late and no one even acknowledged that i was there. My gel manicure took less than 10 minutes which is way too fast. The tech barely filed my nails and asked if they were good before soaking my nails and i asked if that was the last time she was going to file. She said yes and i was appalled! The shape of my nails were crooked and she didn't care. She continued to rush through and get me outta there. My experience was mutual with the others in the group. $36 wasted! read more

I have NEVER done a yelp review but I'm making one to warn other girls. The customer service was horrible the guy left dents and bumps on my nails. To top it off I was charged $56! 48 for dip and an extra $5 because I got tips. By the way my sister got dip as well but way longer tip then I and we got charged the same. These nails aren't worth $56 these are by far the worst nails I have ever had!! read more

My girlfriend had her nails done with my sister here, the nails turned out fine. But her fingers were BLEEDING because of the poor quality of care. Not to mention, she also found the workers questioning what she wanted as the customer despite her sureness. Her fingers are still red and still hurt, she returned and they refused to give her the full price paid back despite the terrible quality. They have for sure lost two customers. read more

I tried Oscar's on a visit to Watertown. I originally went to another salon in town, but it seemed sort of sketchy so I headed over to Oscar's. I'm so glad I did! The salon looks brand new. It's very spacious, attractive, and comfortable. They have a large selection of polishes, and they do regular manicures, gel manicures, and pedicures. I got there around 5:00 on a Monday afternoon and I was taken immediately. Good thing, because it started filling up about half an hour later. I got a regular (not gel) manicure and a pretty floral design. I couldn't be more pleased. The instruments were sterilized and the technician really took her time to be sure my nails were the way I wanted them. The price ($21 before tip) may have been a little high for the area. I'd return in the future, nonetheless. read more

This place is so hit or miss, one time it's an exceptional experience and they offer me a drink, the clean all the little spots, trim the callouses and it's amazing! The next time it's get in, get out and not great service. Consistency would be great! read more

It being my first time in Watertown and having the exceptional experience at this location I highly recommend it. Michael was the person who did both my pedicure and manicure. I've never had gel put on my nails and the quality to detail was amazing. I look forward to returning to this location and hope you have a wonderful experience as I did. read more

Completely agree with Jessica Z's review. The person at the front desk did not even greet us and could care less if we were there or not. Said we didn't have an appointment when I know that we called. Extremely rude! Will not be going back. read more

I went into Oscars for a nice mani/pedi for my birthday..expecting a relaxing visit. Little did I know it would be everything but that. My pedicure was just fine and turned out great. But when I was directed to the manicure area, I showed the guy that I wanted a very simple pink to white ombré. He began grinding my nails very vigorously which was painful. I informed him that it was painful and he continued to grind my nails the same way. He later got up and basically disappeared. I waited in my chair for about 15-20 minutes before a new girl came to do my nails. She was not wearing gloves and her nails did not look clean. Why am I forced to wear a mask if they won't even wear a pair of gloves?? She then proceeded to clip my nails..drops it on the floor...picks it up...and KEEPS CLIPPING MY NAILS WITHOUT CLEANING IT! Once she started with the dipping power, she used her very sharp thumbnail and tried pushing down the skin under my nail which was extremely painful. The filing process was probably the worst part. I informed her that she was hurting me every time I felt any pain and she was not changing her procedure whatsoever. Did not leave a tip and I will NOT be returning to such a horrible nail spa. read more

Just had an amazing pedicure with a great foot massage I needed. Very happy with Oscar Nails!

Expensive compared to Denver! But I like how they offered me a water and did a good job.

I've been going to Oscar's since they first opened. Best nail salon in town.
