Had my first sugaring appointment. I was pleased with the people and the results for the most part. The lighting in the room could have been better. Some of my hair is pretty light so being in a dimmed room like you'd be in for a massage didn't help much. I found patches of hair afterward. Tried to reschedule but she couldn't fit me in until a week later so I decided not to bother. I wasn't sure whether I'd be charged again anyway. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience here. Received a terrible cut while home on vacation. After spending a year plus growing out my layers, and requesting no layers, I have at best what can be called a mullet, a long cry from the long bob I requested. The front is uneven as well. When my mom questioned the stylist for cutting so much during the service she was snapped at. Very rude, but seemed typical of the salon with the exception of the receptionist. Back in Denver to fix my cut, losing another three inches when all I wanted was a two inch trim. :( read more
