Decided to try this place again and never again. The only thing that made up for anything (if you can count it) is that the lady was very nice. She cut me several times and made me bleed. She insisted I get the gel when I didn't want it and said that the coffin shape I wanted costs extra. Some of my nails are uneven and the polish is not good at all, completely missed some parts of my nail and got it on my skin. And she wasn't able to do a simple design I wanted, which I have gotten done before at nails club. And then to top it off my total was $75, no where near what was listed on the price board. read more

Deceptive and underhanded. Called for same day appointment as I was only in town for the day and needed a mani/pedi was quoted $50. When I arrived and looked at the pricing posted mani/pedicure at $45. First clue. After handing my credit card to pay my receipt shows $54 and change when I protested I was told that it was because I wanted color. So many people recommended this salon, and I don't regret it! There is now only one nice lady that works there all by herself (cut her some slack) and she is so sweet and nice, (if that solves all the complaints about the former nail tech man). If your nails get damaged or something by accident, she says that you can return and she'll fix it for you for free. She says she does that so help satisfy her customers and make them happy. Everything is very sanitized, and maybe some people might not know that. She always washes the tools and puts them in a sanitizer box. She also gives every customer a bag with a filer and a buffer for you to keep and bring if you come back to prevent germs. Overall a great salon, all run by one woman (while also having to take care of her kids after school too!) I definitely recommend this, it's changed so much. read more

I had my nails done here, ended up costing over $50, and once I got out in the daylight I was appalled. WORST manicure I have EVER had!! Never again. I can and will do a better job at home!!! The color is very uneven, did not even go to the edges of my nails. The ONLY good thing I would say is the design on the two nails is nice, I am assuming that is what drove the price p so much.....however I was not told that at the time!! read more
