I'm not usually to unless they're really good or really bad. This one was really bad. Half the time I sat for my pedicure. I felt like my nail tech was talking to another employee. When I sat down initially, I also asked to have Fourth of July nail art done on my big toes, which I ultimately did not get. After the polish, he said something that I did not understand and left me with my in. I assumed I was supposed to be there to dry and he would come back to do my nail art after 20 minutes. I decided to call it done and left. once I got home, and had a chance to re-look at my toes. I was incredibly disappointed. I usually have a decent pedicure at this establishment, but this was awful. A couple of my toes didn't have polish on the nail where they should have and my baby toe had extra polish on the skin next to the nail making it look like a larger nail. Not good. I went in for a relaxing pedi and fill. I'm pregnant and on no work status so needed a little TLC. From the second I stepped in the building I was treated very rudely. The pedi was rushed and I didn't even get a massage....he burnt 4 of my fingers removing my old polish and didn't paint my nails the way I asked him too. Very simple color with sparkle over. Not to hard. I was threatened to have to leave Bc I had to take my Mask down because it makes me nauseous and I was trying not to puke everywhere. When I went to check out he told me there are no exceptions to the mask rule and I couldn't come back unless I wore one. I told him I wouldn't be back and he said "that's ok we don't need your business." I will NEVER step food in here again! read more

I made an appointment for 12:30, because I was told I would be SERVICED at 12:30. 20 minutes go by and NOTHING, I decided to leave and right as I got up they want to tell me "someone will do your nails soon", the whole time no one communicated with me that my appointment would run later than usual or explain why. We had an appointment for my sister's wedding. The appointment was at 3pm. We all arrived on time and then ended up sitting there waiting for over 40 minutes because apparently they double booked us. They did a sloppy job on everyone's nails. They were rushed. The guy who did mine didn't even check to see if my nails were even or ask me if they were okay. They were crooked and uneven. Also, the guy doing my nails made fun of and laughed at my transgendered nephew. My sister (the bride ) requested music notes on her nails because her wedding was music themed. The design they put on her nails was so horrible that I had to repaint them the day before her wedding. They looked like dripping paint and not music notes. I went into Oscar's October 10 to get a "Gel No-Chip" full set. Workers were confused by what I was asking for and ultimately didn't do my nails the correct way. Each nail was a different shape/size/ and length, and there was polish surrounding the nail on my skin. Fast forward to this past Friday (11/2/18) I went in to get a fill in giving them another chance in case it was just an off day. 2 days after I had got them filled in the nail polish on my thumb has completely torn off. I am so disappointed that I have spent hundreds of dollars at the establishment to get such poor quality. read more

Great place! The staff are friendly and efficient. We didn't have an appointment and apparently not many people do, but they worked everyone in no problem. We still received outstanding service! They keep the place clean and use sterile equipment. I would definitely recommend them! read more

The good: adjustable massage chairs for those receiving pedicures. Relaxing environment. Child-friendly. The bad: they overbook so on busy days you might wait 15-20 min just to get a seat after your appointment time. Pedicure services are rushed and quality is not great overall. I am not impressed at all. I went in to get a fill and the man doing my nails rushed through the whole process. He never asked what length I wanted or what shape I would prefer, instead he just went for it himself. Each and every one of my nails is a different length and it flips between square and squoval. I had gotten acrylics put on and went in for a fill a few weeks after. Soon after my fill, my nails started to turn an awful brown color! Gross! When I went back in they were going to charge me to fix it, so I had asked them to just take the nails off and paint with regular polish. ONE day after my nails stated to turn brown again! I had went back in and they didn't offer to give my money back or even fix the problem! Sounds like they need to clean their equipment or something. read more

Visited Oscar's at the end of July for a shellac manicure-- six weeks later, it still looked pretty good! I visited with a group of gals, and all of us were able to get serviced at the same time. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, patient, and put careful detail into everything. Best manicure I've ever had! read more
