I only suggested something I thought would be fairly reasonable. ( No, I'm not going to complain about dudes prices.) What caught me off guard is how Dude responded. I would've been willing to pay the guy regardless the price, hell, I was just stocked asf dude got back to me in a good amount of time. Like I said, I really wanted this tattoo. For the people who would agree getting tatts is like their therapy, well, then you know. After I sent my response Dude started acting weird over text messages . Started saying he was booked and I asked for the next day and he goes to tell me just to call other places ' cause he wasn't going to tatt me. Like at all. So I ask "what would you charge?" And he wouldn't even share his desired price with me. That I would've paid regardless, mind you. Yo, I even told the guy I'd be willing to pay him whatever and he's just being a dick hole. They replied, okay come in tomorrow. When we arrived, he acted like it was the first time he had seen the pictures and said I don't have time to do your tattoos, I'm going to be leaving at 2. So me and my sister left. Completely unprofessional, the place was, and looked unorganized, and it was dusty. I may have dodged a bullet not getting a tattoo from here. Now for the tattoos? Incredible. First tattoo I ever got at outlaw was on my hip. I knew what I wanted, and what words I wanted with it, but had no idea how to lay it out. The artists, Jess, made it into a beautiful piece. She always gives me professional & artistic advice and ideas for my tattoos to make sure I'm happy with my end result. And when I thought this place couldn't get any better, I went into outlaw a couple hours after I had found out my boyfriend passed away in shock. I asked to get a memorial piece tattooed for him, and Jess immediately got me down for the tattoo 2 hours later. After that second tattoo I got from Jess, I knew I would be going back to her for more. They healed beautifully and vibrant, and I never had a a problem with infection, or the color falling out. Jess has also done amazing coverup/clean up tattoos to fix the old shitty ones I got when I was 16. Just when I thought Jess couldn't impress me more, my most recent tattoo came off of a design of a T-shirt. And the original design would've been a pain in the ass to try and tattoo. So what did Jess do? She spent over a month drawing out and designing my tattoo to make it look exactly like the logo that was on the shirt. You can just tell Jess cares very much about her work, and she's very passionate about art and getting creative. She will take any piece you wanna get, and make it even better than what you thought it would be. Her prices are also very affordable! Her station IS CLEAN and neat, has a light hand while she's tattooing. AND DOESNT! DRY RUB! THE INK! I feel like I could go on and on. The inside is quiet and peaceful. I never knew this "old staff" who worked at outlaw, so when I heard people were skeptical of it, I was shocked ! New staff will definitely impress you. So then we called ahead today(Thursday) and they said they had a piercer in and to come in. When we arrived the piercer herself said she could do ours after she does her next clients. We said perfect then not even a minute later one of the other staff at the desk told the girl before us she will have to wait and come back another day. Confused but we still were just looking at piercings then 2 min later the lady at the desk was asking us again what piercings we're getting and then abruptly walked away from us just to return and say come back tomorrow. Her only explanation was the piercer did not feel up to it because of the weather hurting her back. How do you only have a piercer a few days out of the week and she turns them away on the days she is working?
