Easy mistake to make and it's still a dilemma as I haven't bothered to go an get my eyes tested despite the fact that I'm like Mr Magoo. There are a few reasons I don't want glasses; 1) My parents always moan about how they hate wearing glasses/contact lenses. 2) G-Bot has vowed to call me speccy-4-eyes. 3) I have an odd shaped head and don't even suit sunglasses. 4) My mum has stood on/sat on I don't know how many pairs of glasses and then had to fork out for yet another pair. My track record with sunglasses isn't that great so I'm not sure I trust myself with actual glasses, with actual lenses. 5) I'm a brain box as it is, I don't want to intimidate people by my Egghead IQ by wearing glasses that make me look even more intelligent. Jeesh... To be truthful, I could probably do with a pair of specs to make me look like I have a few extra brain cells. I never thought I would want to wear glasses but after passing Oscar and Fitch the other day I fell in love with just about every frame on show. They are so cool and I couldn't believe the prices as some of the frames are as little as £80! I had expected them to be around £200-£300 but at that price I don't mind wearing glasses. They have so many frames here, all very trendy and there really is something for every taste. I'm booking an appointment with the opticians first thing next week to find out the damage and then I will head straight along to Oscar and Fitch to pick out a pair of beauties.

All I can say is that I had a terrible experience with this company, who in my opinion, fitted a sub-standard product and offered no after-sales what so ever. I would urge anyone thinking about using them to do some research carefully before parting with their money.

AVOID and go to a local fitter or company that will do the job properly.

Contacted Managing Director and was subjected to abuse. Called me "underhand" because I sent enquiry from my work's email address (apparently they only deal with the trade - who knew?). Also laid into me because they don't supply 'feint grey tint' (my problem?). Easily the most unprofessional outfit I have ever dealt with period and refusing to refund. No problem, facts are black and white leave it to the courts to deal with. But meantime a truly shocking experience. Avoid.
