It's really simple. I ordered "feint grey tint" (verbatim quote) glass order accepted and readily took my cash without hesitation and they sent me black(!) - see picture,OK some mistake surely. Contacted Managing Director and was subjected to abuse. Called me "underhand" because I sent enquiry from my work's email address (apparently they only deal with the trade - who knew?). Also laid into me because they don't supply 'feint grey tint' (my problem?). Easily the most unprofessional outfit I have ever dealt with period and refusing to refund. No problem, facts are black and white leave it to the courts to deal with. But meantime a truly shocking experience. Avoid. read more
