Avoid this company, do not fall for the fact they have a few showrooms and look like they spend a fortune on advertising I called to make an appointment late at night & when I spoke to a very false sounding female, I was assured we would be looked after, I can assure you this has not been the case. We had the sales man out who seemed genuine and had worked for the company for a number of years, we choose some samples and were given a price for new doors which I think was a bit much but we went ahead anyway as my husband did not want to get quotes from any other companies, I called and paid the deposit the next day & the surveyor came out who had also been working there a number of years and was very pleasant. I called a few times after that to arrange a fitting date as I work away and this seemed to be a large problem, surely they do this everyday and it would be easy to issue me with a date?? I was told I would be contacted by the install manager A few days later no phone call received, I called back and was told that the person I had to speak to was in a meeting. I decided to query the payment terms also and when dealing with a member from the office (a male) who explained the payment terms to me in a very unpleasant manor it rung alarm bells, I had to pay for 70% of this kitchen before its even started? surely that cant be right, (the sales man told me I wont pay anything apart from the deposit until I am fully satisfied), the man I spoke to on the phone that day made me feel as if I was beneath him and as I started to ask other questions he was getting very heated with me. Having said this I went ahead with the kitchen when I was finally issued with an instalment date (which I was not suitable but I was told I would have no choice or I would loose my deposit), on the morning the fitters arrived I reluctantly paid the money for my kitchen before they started, the fitters were pleasant and worked away, to be honest I don't have a bad word to say about them. I paid my final balance (again to the man I had originally spoken to in the office who I now found out to be the MD!!!). Avoid this company, bunch of cowboys, they did not 'look after me 'and I would not recommend to any friends or family, no after call either to see how everything went as promised by the original lady I spoke to the first day I phoned why would they phone anyway they have the payment in full now and that's all they were ever interested in. Today's 12/5/16 I had reface come out to my home to size up my kitchen doors and the sales man the short old (40-50yr old) man was a complete idiot he talked one amount of crap (just keep in mind when a sales man keeps talking then he wants a sale and he's talking some amount of crap) he came out with £3385 so I says to him well that's just £1700 away from a new decent kitchen from WREN or HOWDENS so I says well if you can do less than £3g then it's a deal, he says well il make a phone call to my boss he might not do it but let's see So the twat goes and phone to someone and by this time I'm not wanting to do it he says that yeah Mr. -------- wants to pay £2900 that's it what we saying Then the guy says yeah go on So now it's all go I'm felling better but still not satisfied just got a horrible feeling telling me this company's a piece of sh** So now this idiot says the main guy who measures the place comes to make sure everything is measured right down to a T Btw this idiot measured it all and now someone else is coming to do it again Bloody stupid if you ask me, why the hell is this bam here anyways apart from making a sale. So now this other dumb ass comes and says look we need to add another work top which is going to cost best part of £300 so I said kiss ma ass I ain't paying no more we agreed on that price and didn't say anything else so I'm not paying you no £1000 deposit (30%) until you give me it all for the price we agreed on This guy says well the boss we need to speak to is not in so he'll call you tomorrow By this time no one phone me I phoned them I spoke to a girl saying the person who I need to speak to is out and she'll get him to call me once he back in So I phoned back after a few hour and same girl answered saying "oh he literally just came threw the door, let me try his phone line see if he's available" Bi*ch I thought he just walked in the door and now he's went straight on the phone So she goes and try's him Oh yeah he's busy on another call so can he call you later Awwwww no man forget it thank god I'm not in no bonding contract Use can kiss Ma ass So today I went to HOWDENS and I paid them the same amount and I'm getting splash back included Stays away from these punks I'm telling youse they use sh*t mdf for work tops and they sell it as if it's gold dust read more

The service I receieved to start with was less than satisfactory however I gave the benefit of the doubt and continued with my order however since my Kitchen has been completed and now has a faulty breakfast bar I cannot even get a call back regarding this. I called again today and spoke to a 'manageress' called Kathleen who leaves a lot to be desired in way of customer service, she advised they have NO formal complaints process as they never ever get customer complaints..a statement I find hard to believe in modern society, when I asked who Is the owner of the business or her manager so I could put a complaint in writing I was told she didnt know the owners name and she would find out her managers name, now I'm not sure about all you reading this however this is not the type of after sale service i expect when Ive spent a substantial amount with any company, Kathleen then advised Reface wouldnt speak to me again on the phone only by letter as I wasnt nice!!! How professional?!?! I would certainly think twice before using this company not only for the fact I now have problems with my breakfast bar but the absolute unprofessionalism of the after sales staff in the office that are cleary lacking skills in customer service and knowledge of consumer rights. avoid this company like the plague. my kitchen was fitted on the 5th of january. due to their incompetence it still isn't. they won't answer the phone when we try to contact them. they removed the wrong cupboard so i was left with two different colours of cupboard, even the workmen commented that it must be a mistake. gaps were left between unit end panels and the door surround. no woodgrain finish on ends of kickboards, fridge freezer did not re-fit into space, had to remove a strap which they fitted to get it in. glass shelves are not fitted at the same height and they are not even level. we are now in contact with them via trading standards who understand my case, hopefully they will be able to get through to this company. reface scotland got paid their money on time, i'm still waiting of them to keep their end of the deal. it was even suggested that i could fix it myself and they would send me the materials. i would never advise anyone to get work done by them as their after sales service is a joke. read more

Delighted to let potential buyers know of the excellent service I personally received. I bought our new kitchen doors and worktops from them on a supply only basis, only to experience we were not as qualified as we once thought to fit them ourselves with the help of family. We called and visited the showroom on a number of occasions for advice and each time were met with excellent customer service with the offer of two visits to our home by their surveyor to show us where we were going wrong, both visits resulted in them completing the work for us at no extra charge. They went behind the realms of helpfulness and customer service. i agree totally with wushie above , the aftersales stink, i got a kitchen fitted just over a year ago, the past couple of weeks we noticed our boiler cupboard door starting to hang , upon trying to open the boiler door the fascia above just about fell onto me, it was held on by 3 screws that where not tightened securely and all that was holding it on was a strip of silicon, i to am taking this further. and will be taking fotos for referal. the aftersales manager hung up on me after i called her dear , after she would not give me her name , wish i had taking the finance option and let the finance company deal with it. avoid please. this is my thoughts. read more

My husband and I wanted to make some changes to our kitchen without having to go to the expense of a new kitchen and ideally without having to change the flooring and decor. Through Reface we were able to get exactly what we wanted in colour schemes with an easy clean surface, exactly as we were looking for, the doors were manufactured to suit our cabinets. Unfortunately the appalling customer service I received on the 1st of August by a man that identified himself as the manager has ensured I will be spending my money elsewhere.... I was quite disgusted by the way I was spoken to and the lack of communication within this company. I would not be able to recommend reface to anyone and have infact found another company that not only offers the same service but also manners and good service. I'm sitting in my newly refaced kitchen and want to share how lovely my kitchen looks, I can't quite believe the difference it's as though I put a new kitchen into my home. I chose the cream shaker doors with matching worktops, this is such a refreshing change from the bland beige basket weave type door and worktops I had.
