We had a problem with the roughcast on the front of our house in that it was pourous and letting water through into the inside of the house and damaging the internal plaster work. I phoned quite a few companies however they either did'nt turn up or came out had a loook and then never came back. Walter came out at the stated time, identified the problem and gave what I consider to be a very fair price. As this was in November 2015 he advised that it would be better waiting until we had better weather as the roughcast required to be removed back to brick and reapplied. In May 2016 he came out and completed all the work that was required. What a difference it has made. The colour match is very good to the extent you wouldn't know it had been done against the rest of the house. I am very happy with the work carried out to such an extent that he will be coming back out later in the year to repair my monoblock drive and some more rendering on the steps at the rear of my house. I can recommend Walter. Professional job done well. Thank you very much no more leaky house.

When I raised this, once we discovered one of the cracks two weeks later, the company denied any wrongdoing, and evidently none of the packers admitted to it. We had taken out insurance with Moves 4U, but the company refused to process the claim. Frankly, even the idea that, unless you pay extra money for insurance, if they destroy your stuff, then it's your problem, was very odd to me. But if they don't even own up to their mischief, then the insurance is worthless, and you should only hire these people if you are prepared to carry the full risk of their mistakes. The packers trying to conceal the damage is especially disgusting. I have never regretted a generous tip as much as this one!

On the day the team arrived at 830 sharp. They worked quickly, covering my driveway and the neighbours driveway. There was a lot of mess from old roofing, timber, wood being cut, facia boards being cut, but by the end of the day you would never have known. My property was left in pristine condition. At the end of the job Tony walked my round and explained the work that had been completed, highlighting the areas he had addressed. My only mistake was not getting it done years ago!
